The choice of an Institution is a life changing decision for any student and?for me the Specifically for me, Srusti Academy of Management has perfectly balanced the need for a strong academic foundation with that of a specialized understanding of the specific domain. One particular feature that factored very heavily?into my decision was the option for dual specialisation - you do in-depth courses in two closely-related areas. For example i have chosen finance & hr .

Internships available for every student . Internships offered in all the domains such as finance , hr , marketing, operation and it . Companies such as decathlon, dr. Reddy , itc , dabur , vinod singhal co . Llp , zentai , pantaloons , trends coming for internships .

After the internship that is after 2nd semester all the students eligible for campus placement . In the batch of 2023-25 nearly 120 offers were made companies such as Berger paints ITC , Asian heart , TCI , icic , sriram finance , Bellatar Microfinance, ceasefire etc has come . Nearly 60% of the batch got placed so far in the campus placement. I have to find a core finance or hr company after completion of my degree .

The 2 year fees for 2024-26 batch is 2.82 lakh In which tution fee is 2.12 lakh Hostel fee for 1st year is 75k & for 2nd year is 77 k . The fees for 2025-27 batch is increased to 3.29 lakh due to NBA Accreditation. Fee breakup :- Tuition fee -2.12 lakh Development fee - 25,000 rs Stationaries fee - 2000 rs Blazer fee - 2500 rs VAC course fee- 2700 rs Electricity & other bills - 3000 rs Events & programme fee - 5000 rs Training fee - 10000 rs Library fee - 2000 rs Lab fee - 5000 rs Awards & recognition fee - 2000 rs Transportation fee - 5000 rs Caution money - 5000 rs Other miscellaneous fee - 2000 rs Scholarships:- You can avail Either State Scholarship which is offered by State Government Or you can avail Central level Scholarship such as NSP . State Scholarship:- Post - matric Scholarship:- 20,000 rs per year( Everyone will get it except UR students ) E- Medhabruti Scholarship:- 20,000 rs per year( Only 15,000 students in the state of Odisha ) Krushi Vidyanidhi Scholarship:- 65,000 ra per year as per the eligibility. Central Scholarship:- National Scholarship - 150000 per year as per the eligibility. Private Scholarship:- Also you can avail private Scholarship offered by Reliance , HDFC Bank and Jindal etc . Fee Waiver Scheme :- If you got good rank in Odisha joint entrance examination you can get Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme by which your course fee will be reduced by 1,93,000 rs .

Annual festival:- Radiance - The festival which occurs in the month of March . Students from various colleges participate in the event . Srustiverce - Startup Carnival Conclaves - Hr conclaves being held Tech hack - various students participated in the tech hack. Sports such as chess , carrom, gully cricket and badminton being held in the college . There are several clubs such as finance club , hr club and marketing club .

Hostel was good 4 seated . 3 fans in each room. In each floor there is 1 Water cooler and Aquaguard. 1 washing machine and 2 latrin and bathroom attached . There is enough space for walking and there are dustbins to put the things .

The college Accepts exam such as :- Ojee ( Odisha joint entrance examination) , ATMA , CAT , MAT , XAT etc . Most of the students got a seat based on the ojee rank ranging from 1 to 8000 . I have put first selection to this college as the college provides best facilities with such less amount of fee as compared to other colleges . The study curriculum is nice and the support from the faculty member you get that is enough to choose the college . Also I have applied to colleges such as Bijupatnaik institute of information technology and management and Fakir Mohan University Balasore. I got an tuition fee waiver seat here after securing a good rank that is 593 in the odisha joint entrance examination. Process of admission:- . Apply for Ojee . After the result choose Srusti Academy Of Management & Technology as the prior option if you want to study here . . The college will select you on the basis of your rank . They will call you for your admission. You will have to submit your fee in installments so that the financial burden may decrease somewhat .

In our batch 210 students are studying. There are nearly 20 faculty members teaching the 1 st year students. All the facilities are highly educated most of them P.hd in reputed institutions . In the first semester there is nearly 12 papers having 150 marks each . There is one practical paper that is Excel for managers and one training assessment that is career advancement and skill development. Our college has strong faculty members in Finance and Human resource Specialization. Our Principal Dr. Umakant Dash has excellency in Marketing Sector . The course curriculum is up to date every year our college organising events such as industry meetup by which they draw meaningful insights on course curriculum and what the industries expect from the MBA grads . If i talk about the exam scenario then it is easy . Most of the students secure good marks in the examination but somehow some students unable to pass the examination. Although it is an autonomous college but there is strictness in everything. Students only able to seat in the examination if they have more than 75% attendance .

Yes there is a hostel canteen you can get food from there . In your free time you can go to library there is also e - library , you can study anything that is available there . There are nearly 30,000 books present in our library . As we are hostel students there is no night life after 7 pm .
