BPUT Releases PhD Program Interview Schedule and Merit List, Check Documents Required Here!

Biju Patnaik University of Technology has issued the merit list and interview schedule for its PhD program. Candidates can view the merit list and interview dates and times below. The interview will be worth 30 points, with a pass score of 15 (Fifteen) for all categories of candidates, according to the Academic Regulation for the Ph.D. program.

Candidates who have their name in the PhD program merit list of Biju Patnaik University of Technology must follow the schedule mentioned below

BP PhD Program Documents Required

Candidates must have with them the following documents at the time of BPUT PhD Program interview

• Proof of identity: voter ID, PAN, Aadhaar card, passport, driver's license, or government ID card.
• High school pass certificate examination or another equivalent Examination Pass Certificate and Memorandum of Marks for High School Certificate or Equivalent Examinations.
• Pass intermediate/diploma certificates (engineering, etc.). Examinations
• Memorandum of marks for intermediate/diploma (engineering, etc.) Examinations
• Pass the Certificate of UG or other comparable examinations.
• Memorandum of Marks for Undergraduate or Other Equivalent Examinations
• Pass Certificate for PG/M.Phil Examinations
• Memorandum of Marks for PG/M.Phil Examinations
• Please provide a certificate supporting the SC/ST/Differently Abled category, if applicable.
• Proof of national eligibility test qualification, if applicable (GATE, GPAT, NET, etc.).
• Please provide one passport-size photograph and a hard copy of any publications.
• Choice of Nodal Research Centre (NCR)

BPUT PhD Program Important Interview Instructions

Candidates qualified to appear for the interview must follow the instructions mentioned below:

• Only candidates qualified in the Written Test and candidates who are exempted from the Written Test under the Ph.D. Regulation-2023 are eligible to attend for the interview.
• Candidates must provide their original documents as listed along with one set of self-attested copies for verification.
• Candidates who fail to produce the original documents will not be interviewed.
• The interview will be worth 30 points, with a pass score of 15 (Fifteen) for all categories of candidates, according to the Academic Regulation for the Ph.D. program.

Candidates must report at least one hour before the start of the interview. No candidate will be allowed to attend the interview after the designated date and hour.
