How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?
Our institution places great emphasis on bridging the gap between the industry and academia. We maintain regular communication and collaboration with industry experts to stay updated on the latest advancements and requirements in the field. We believe that instilling values and work ethics in everyday life is fundamental to personal and professional growth. To provide an enriching learning experience, we have implemented student-centric classrooms and well-equipped labs that offer hands-on practical opportunities. Our students have the chance to dismantle and reassemble devices, learn programming, and gain valuable technical skills. Additionally, we prioritize personality development, communicative English, and aptitude classes through our dedicated Campus. These efforts aim to enhance our students’ overall capabilities and prepare them for successful careers. We also regularly organize workshops and conferences where our students have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals and gain insights into the technical aspects of their chosen field. Furthermore, we conduct summer coaching programs to further sharpen and enhance the skills of our students. Through these initiatives, we are dedicated to minimizing the gap between the industry and our institution, ensuring that our students are well-prepared to meet the evolving demands and challenges of the professional world.

How is your relationship with the students of your college?
I prioritize maintaining a respectful and approachable relationship with my students, providing support, suggestions, and advice whenever they need it. I believe in balancing friendliness and authority, understanding when to be responsive and when to set boundaries. I strongly advocate for the well-being of youth, urging them to prioritize their mental, physical, and spiritual health above all else. It is essential for them to establish a work- life balance that suits their mind and body, rather than succumbing to the pressures of the hustle culture. As a passionate educator, I consider it my responsibility to guide students and offer alternatives. I encourage them to think critically, adapt their approaches according to different situations, and act with empathy and conviction.
