What are some of the biggest challenges for the Chairman of CIMS to foster MBA graduates?

The current education situation, particularly advanced education and the board has gone for an adjustment of the new past. There has been an excess limit in the details of foundations that have opened and the students have likewise got different choices like Law, Banking and several other avenues where they can do advanced education. Notwithstanding, as I see the MBA situation - the advanced education and the board situation is on a tight schedule, it will undoubtedly increase for the basic explanation that there is an up swing in the economy and there is a ton of space for MBA graduates in the corporate world.

How does the curriculum of your College ensure the best practice of the industry?

We are a Private College under BPUT. So we need to follow the curriculum and guidance provided by the BPUT. But we continually refresh our educational plan. As a B-School we are focusing on practical skills and knowledge. So we are Organizing Industrial Visits to the Corporate in each semester, we are also arranging soft skills training for the students for career development. We continually continue to refresh it. We are in touch with business leaders in the sector. We comprehend from them what the business requests and we integrate it. We are focusing on entrepreneurship to create a new business.

What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next five years?

We are devoted to the single administration program. We would rather not start some other projects in future. As online MBA nowadays is very common for the working professionals, we are associating with the Pondicherry University for Online MBA Program in Odisha. We need to turn into a trailblazer in administration schooling with our imaginative and special approach to working. Additionally, I might want to see half of the students beginning their own startups.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

If you check the current scenario, India needs more business people. The adolescents need to initially get clearness towards their professional objectives and clear goals. They need to pick a good example which gives them an unmistakable direction. They must have self-confidence. I encourage young people to pursue entrepreneurship rather than working as an employee.
