Capital Institute of Management and Science (CIMS) is a private institute situated in the city of Bhubaneshwar in Orissa state. It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Orissa.
The college provides only a single course that is MBA at the postgraduate level which is of two-year duration. There are numerous specializations available in MBA program. Capital Institute of Management and Science also provides an option of Integrated MBA which is of a five-year duration.
- To apply for this course, students should have completed graduation from any stream with minimum 50% marks from a university recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ AIU/ DEC.
- The minimum percentage is reduced till 45% for SC/ ST/ OBC category students.

Students who wish to get admission in MBA course should have completed their graduation from any recognized board or university approved the government of India. General category candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks and SC/ST category students should have obtained minimum 45% marks.
Selection criteria are based on entrance test conducted on a national/ state level. Student should have given any of the following entrance exams MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ OJEE for admission in this program.
For Integrated MBA course, a student should have completed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (for general category students) and 40% marks for SC/ST category students. Admission to Integrated MBA is done on the basis of OJEE entrance examination and can also be admitted directly.

- Candidate needs to apply and register at the official conducting bodies of entrance examination for admission.
- For OJEE, the candidate needs to select and lock choice in favour of CIMS at the time of online admission procedure.
- Interested students can apply for admission in this college by obtaining the application form from the college campus itself.
- The mode of application is offline, hence application forms are not available online or on the college website.
