There are 120 credits in the program. Out of which 30 are for your thesis. This course is definitely wonderful for those who have no knowledge of space engineering. It is not extremely intensive which is a plus. This doesn't mean it is easy. It is hectic and requires smart planning. There are several opportunities you get here to perform well and learn more and more things. Faculty to student ratio is high, in my course more than 2:1. The faculty is quite welcoming. As they have just turned to the hybrid model of teaching,( offline and online) for a while until covid subsides, it is a new change for teachers and they are taking time to get used to it. Some teachers are not very great but that outnumbers the good ones. In all the course planning and structure are what make the course attractive. The faculty is not the best in teaching but really welcoming and kind. Students get immense flexibility.
The fee payment was through a bank transfer. Other than a tuition fee you would also need to pay a small semester fee. Other expenses are not much and can be considered quite negligible. I think the program is quite affordable as compared to all other space engineering programs in the world. I got an education loan to pay my finances. The tuition fee is not a small amount.
1. Diverse mix of lecturers and industry experts sharing their knowledge and experience about the energy sector 2. A combination of presentation, activities, case studies, industry visits, conference visits make it very dynamic learning 3. Great curriculum to give you exposure about the German and European energy sector along with technology trends
Online fee transfer available in 3 or 6 installments It was self financed for me. There weren't much academic costs other than the tuition fee. German government supports students with many scholarship and cheaper living style so the other expenses are minimal.
