The master’s program builds on the bachelor’s degree jointly offered by TU Berlin and FU Berlin, with HU Berlin joining the master’s program as the third partner. The three Berlin universities, working in collaboration with the Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf, have combined their strengths to create a unique and exciting program, striking out on a new path in digital media and technology.

TU Berlin is responsible for areas of the curriculum focusing on computer science, mathematics, and technology, while the communication and social science components are taught at FU Berlin.

HU Berlin completes the curriculum, providing courses in media law. The program runs parallel at all three universities and equips students with the knowledge and skills to pursue a career with prospects at the exciting intersection of software development, digital media technology, journalism and communication science, media research as well as media law and media management
