- In the master’s degree program Educational Sciences - Consulting and Organizational Development, students study diverse issues in empirical educational research that affect individual and organizational learning and educational processes. The program also includes the planning, management, and evaluation of different public and private educational organizations.
- The program is characterized by its close coupling of theoretical analysis and both empirical research activities as well as practical activities that explore career fields in the discipline.
- Students learn the pedagogical, psychological, and social science foundations of contemporary education management. Further, they learn methodological basic principles of empirical educational research as well as methodological knowledge and skills that enable them to apply evaluation and quality assurance measures in educational work.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
The admission requirements of the program are:
- Students require to have an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, educational science, cultural studies, or social sciences, or a similar discipline or an equivalent degree with an option to complete teacher training.
- The students whose official language is not English must submit the English Language Proficiency scores like IELTS or TOEFL.
- Submission of GRE is not mandatory but will strengthen the application.
