For Regular (School-Enrolled) Students

Phase 1: Submit Your Documents to School

1. Confirm with your school’s exam section that the 2027 enrollment process has been initiated.
2. Fill in the enrollment information form provided by your school: full name (exactly as on Aadhaar), date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, Aadhaar number, and category.
3. Submit a recent passport-size photograph (white background, taken after January 2026), your signature on white paper, and a copy of your Aadhaar card.
4. Submit your Class 9 promotion certificate (for Class 10 enrollment) or your Class 10 passing certificate (for Class 12 enrollment).
5. Pay the examination fee in cash to the school and keep the official fee receipt safe.

Phase 2: Verify Your Enrollment at examregistration.upmsp.edu.in

1. Once your school confirms data has been uploaded, visit examregistration.upmsp.edu.in and locate your record using your name and date of birth.
2. Verify your name, date of birth, category, photograph, subject combination, and exam medium — cross-check against your Aadhaar and marksheet.
3. If any detail is wrong, report to your school’s exam coordinator immediately; the school-side correction window ran September 1–10, 2026 — contact your school about any post-deadline correction process via the DIOS office.
4. Download and print your enrollment confirmation slip once your details are verified.
5. Keep the confirmation slip safe — it is required for admit card download, exam hall entry, and all post-result processes.

For Private (स्वाध्यायी) Students — Direct Online Registration

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in with your Application Number and password at examregistration.upmsp.edu.in.
2. Fill in personal details: name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number, parents’ names, complete address, and category.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 board, year of passing, roll number, and marks (required for Class 12 applicants).
4. Select your subject combination, exam medium (Hindi or English), and preferred exam district.
5. Upload your photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format within the specified file size.

Note: The enrollment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — even if your registration is later rejected, you withdraw, or you do not appear for the UP Board 2027 examination.

UP Board Application Form Correction 2027

UPMSP provides two separate correction opportunities in the 2027 enrollment cycle. The school-side correction window (September 1–10, 2026, now closed) allowed schools to fix uploaded data before final submission. A separate student-level correction window is expected in November–December 2026 after all records are finalised — this is the window individual students can use to fix remaining errors.

How to Access the Student Correction Window

1. Visit examregistration.upmsp.edu.in and log in with your enrollment number (or Application Number for private students) and date of birth — the correction link is activated only during the official window.
2. Navigate to "Form Correction" / "Sudhar Pravishthi" (सुधार प्रविष्टि) in the student portal.
3. Make the required changes and upload supporting documents where required.
4. Submit the correction and download the revised confirmation slip — this supersedes your original slip for all subsequent processes.
