UPMSP began the UP Board Class 12 Exam form registration at upmsp.edu.in. Regular students must complete their registration by the end of September 2026, while private candidates can register online by downloading the application form from the official UP Board website. The registration process for the UP Board 2026 exams was open from July 15 to August 5, 2025, and has now extended until September 1, 2025. While submitting the registration form, students had to pay the registration fee of INR 806. After the submission date of the registration form, you have to pay a late fee. An additional INR 100 will had to be paid on submitting the registration form late.

Before submitting the form, ensure that all the correct details are mentioned as the same information will be shared for UP Board 12th Admit Card 2026. You will be given a chance to make the amendments from 07 September to 11 September 2026. Candidates can change their name’s spelling, DOB, any errors in parent’s name, gender etc. 

Only schools can access the class 12 exam forms of the candidates uploaded on the official website. They need to log in with their user ID and password to edit UP Board 12th Registration forms for the students. Candidates must note that the registration form should not contain any errors. The board will allow only students who successfully submit the registration form to appear for the exam. UP Board 12th Exam 2026 will be held from 24th  February 2026, tentatively. 

Candidates who will submit their forms and paid the registration fees will get their UP Board 12th Admit Card 2026. The admit cards will be issued tentatively in February 2026.
