N.B: Despite candidates having choices to pick BITSAT exam centres according to their preferences, BITS Pilani has the ultimate authority over allocating the test centres. That means, for any unforeseen events or any unavoidable reasons like technical issues or accommodation issues at particular centres, the authority can change, delete, or add some test centres.
The same applies to the BITSAT test slot. Last year, clashing with the BITSAT exam date with some other exams, the exam authority added an extra slot for the candidates.

- It is advisable, during the slot booking, that aspirants have to be extra careful with preferred exam schedules or dates.
BITSAT 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
- Students must remember that test center allotment for BITSAT 2025 is necessary. Candidates who miss the test slot booking date, will not be issued admit cards or allowed to the exam centres.
- Candidates need a hard copy of BITSAT 2025 admit cards, original and photocopy of ID proof to the exam hall.
- The BITSAT candidates who are appearing at the main campuses like Pilani, Goa, etc will get accommodation with nominal charges.
- Apart from that, the exam authority will ensure to assign the BITSAT 2025 exam centres to the nearest location of the candidates.
- Candidates are required to sit at the designated seat with the candidate's roll number on it.
- No electronic devices or textual objects like pens, pencils, or paper are allowed in the exam centre.
