The BITSAT Iteration 1 results have been released on 16 June 2025. The BITS Pilani will release the official BITSAT cutoff 2025 on their official website - bits-pilani.ac.in. after the BITSAT counselling rounds are concluded. The BITSAT cutoff 2025 marks vary across campuses and courses.

CSE remains the most competitive branch, with the highest cutoff for BITS Pilani 332/331 (greater than 327), followed by the Goa (304/303) and Hyderabad (298). In the BTSAT Cutoff 2025 Iteration 3, the cutoff is even more adjusted as compared to the previous Iterations. CSE branch continues to be the most competitive program at Pilani, with the highest cutoff of 332/331 (greater than 327), while Goa and Hyderabad colleges have the cutoffs of 304/303 and 298, respectively. The branches like MnC (Mathematics and Computing) and ECE show similar trends, cutoff being stable across all previous iterations, i.e, 323 at Pilani, 295 at Goa, and 293 at Hyderabad, indicating less demand for these branches at respective campuses.

According to Harshal Sir’s expert advice cutoff marks needed to get admission in BITS Pilani are:

BITSAT Cut-off for Top Branches (CSE, ECE, EEE)

The BITSAT cut-off for top branches is the highest. Based on the previous years’ analysis, Computer Science Engineering has the highest cut-off. Other branches like Electronics, Communication, and Electrical Engineering also have higher cut-offs. The BITSTAT cut-off for CSE, ECE, and EEE is given below:

BITSAT Cutoff for CSE

The BITSAT CSE cut-off is the highest for BITS Pilani, ranging between 330-340, and for BITS Goa, the cut-off ranges between 305-315. BITS Hyderabad has the lowest cut-off for CSE 300-310.

The BITSAT cut-off marks vary each year due to various factors. The previous year's cut-off analysis helps students in setting realistic score targets to get admission to their dream BITS campus.

  • Due to COVID-19 disruptions, the cutoffs dropped significantly across all campuses.

  • In 2022, BITS Pilani CSE dropped to 320, which was much lower than previous years.

  • In 2023 and 2024, cutoffs started increasing again, due to high competition.

BITS Pilani is the most competitive campus, and its cutoffs are usually the highest. CSE at Pilani had the highest cutoff in 2019 (383), but it dropped in 2022 to 320. The BITS Goa is the second most preferred campus after BITS Pilani. The Goa campus is preferred by students for pursuing CSE and ECE courses.

  • CSE at BITS Goa saw a high cutoff of 352 in 2019, but it dropped to 295 in 2022.
  • ECE and Electrical Engineering cut-off also have the same trends.

BITS Hyderabad Cut-off Trends (2019-2024)

BITS Hyderabad cut-off is lower compared to BITS Pilani and BITS Goa. Candidates with lower ranks can try for admission in the Hyderabad campus. CSE at Hyderabad had the highest cutoff of 342 in 2019 but dropped to 280 in 2022.

ECE and Electrical Engineering are but have slightly lower cutoffs than BITS Goa and Pilani. Mechanical, Civil, and Chemical Engineering have the lowest cutoffs in BITS Goa.
