The BCECE examination will be conducted in a single stage in offline mode. Candidates seeking admission into Agricultural courses will be considered under the Agriculture group and will have to appear in one of the following groups of entrance examination:

BCECE Counselling Process
For the BCECE counselling process, which includes choice filling and locking, candidates can register online on the official website. Candidates must take note of the following points.
- Registration for BCECE counselling will become functional only after the results are declared.
- Candidates will be allotted seats according to the rank scored in BCECE.
- The counselling fee has to be paid through bank challan.
At the time of reporting, candidates must carry the original and copies of the following documents.

Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their candidature. Candidates will have to fill out a preference form. Finally, they will be offered seats based on merit and preference of course as chosen by them.
- At the time of counselling, candidates will have to carry the required documents for verification. They will also have to pay a non-refundable fee for the counselling procedure.
