All appointed lecturers and faculty is very experienced and understand the situation of all types students. Intelligent and poor all students beloved by faculty. They teaches us in practical and classroom very well. Care all the students boys and girls equally.

the faculty is fine as I mentioned, the environment is friendly and the teachers are ready to help every student. 70% of the teachers are from IITs and NITs thus they know how to prepare students for the engineering industry. the staff and administration department, however, could be better.

The faculty was awesome, Teaches was so cool. Most of the teacher's in my organization are the same age and some are retired teaches from AMU so we had enjoyed the study. Our most of the teachers are our seniors who just pass B.tech and teaches us. That's a good point for us because they understand us properly and we can openly discuss the study points to them.

Faculty does not even know 30% of the subject they are teaching most of them are recently passed out and do not have any experience.

Faculty teach college student as KG kids. Always force to make assignments instead of giving them proper knowledge. I believe its not faculty mistake as they themselves are just college grads passout so simply they ask student to copy from Notebook and prepare notes. No real teaching. New Faculty are hired for 18k per month salary on the papers but they are paid only 6k. Pathetic.

Faculty was like any other private engineering college in Uttar pradesh, Most of lecturer were recent Mtech passout or pursuing part time MBA.PHD holder faculty was very less in number(Best part about SSITM is they also offer B.tech in Agriculture Engineering which is course offered by 1% of engineering college in Uttar Pradesh)
