Th campus space is limited compared to number of students, especially during large gatherings or events making it feel congested at times.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I would rate the course curriculum 8ou of 10 for its relevance and comprehensiveness. it provided solid foundation in key subjects.
the curriculum covered fundamenal concepts and advanced topics offering a balncee of theoritical and practical applcations,
The curriculum equipped with analytical and thechnical skills that are essential for real-world applications.udating the syllabus to include emerging trends and technologies in the field such as ai in biotechnology, introducing more internship ,workshops , and projects to bridge the gap between academics and real world practices.
Can improve amenities provided with respect to classrooms
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our curriculum includes syllabus in regard to that of National Education Policy scheme where in we have 2 core subjects. I chose biotechnology and genetics since it something I really look forward to pursue as my career in the field. We had one subject as open elective which enhanced our curriculum since we could choose from various course every semester. The university exams however were conducted for 60marks as theory and 2.5 hours for the same which can be extended to 3 hours
The collage campus and staff members also there teaching skill.
Dislikes
They don't have a proper ground with sports equipments
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have chosen this BSc based on my interest because I have more interest in science and technology. The faculty are very friendly, every faculty has a good educational background like MSC, MPhil, ph. Their teaching method is very good which makes the students interested in the lessons. As now the time given by board and paper is bit difficult if we read we can pass.
Faculties are well educated and behaved personalities
Dislikes
The management is worse. They are kind of rude and does not listen.
Placement Experience:
From 5th sem, students become eligible for campus placements. Various famous and established companies have visited our college and recruited many students. Highest package offered was 8.8 lakhs per annum and lowest was 3.2 lakhs last year.
Cultural fests and sports activities which are conducted frequently
Cafeteria which provides good and tasty food
It's located in urban area with no transportation problem
Dislikes
There is no separate ground for college however they rent other grounds for events
Fees collection for attendance shortage and improvement internal exam should be reduced
Placement cell must be improved for better placing
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are usually started within 3 years of a bachelor's and packages expected may be 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. Almost 60 percent of students get placed. I have planned to study MSC after getting the degree.
I choose the bsc in the combination of genetic, biotechnology and chemistry (C.GT.BT).Where the faculty are well trained and have the maximum knowledge about what they are teaching. They are friendly. Most of the faculty are done their Ph.d in their respective fields.so they are well known about the subject. The faculty puts there maximum effort to make sure that not even a single student to get failed. It was easy to clear the exams because of the faculty and there teaching ability.
Genetics taught at oxford college is ranked 4th in India. the curriculum from Bangalore university is followed in the college. Genetics faculty are quite strict with the record and attendance. The student ratio is nearly 1:7. Most of the teachers have done their Ph.D. and have years of experience in the field of genetics and research. The internals and exams were conducted in a timely and it is easy to pass them
Infrastructure was very good. There was Wi-Fi, labs, hostel, classroom, library was available. The quality of food was also nice in the hostel which was available in mess. The facilities of the canteen, medical facility, sport equipment, games field every basic facility was there.
The college provides a decent computer laboratory and physic laboratory. Physics laboratory is not fully stock, but the equipment is up to date. There is a lab assistant also. Classrooms are clean with proper benches and quite spacious. There is a huge library with a fine collection of books for every department.
Just average not so good the campus placement is very bored we do have very very fewer companies approaching for our campus and the company who are approaching has a very less salary package offer we do not get good placements it's better to take your own job rather than getting placed in such companies with the least salary you can get some good job after your masters but not good jobs for your BSc.
