The hostels are situated within the campus which benefits the students as they can connect with the other students.
The mess and the canteen provide us good and tasty food. The labs and classrooms are top-notch.
Dislikes
The campus happens to be 25 kilometers from the Jodhpur city so the campus to city travel is that of 40 - 45 minutes.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum prepares us for our real world applications of what we have pursued as there are regular feedbacks and continuous guidance from the faculty. By the end of the semester, the students are evaluated by a jury who review all the work the students have done throughout the semester.
A lot of social activities are done which are really good for the personal growth of the students.
The curriculum is wholly practical based which gives the best knowledge.
Dislikes
If you get selected by one company in placements you are not allowed to sit for another brand.
There are a lot of assignments which helps but also feels hectic for the students.
There is no air conditioners, common room and microwave in boys hostels yet. They are provided with coolers instead.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements in the last (eighth) semester. The placement is done on centralised basis. Companies like myntra, Aditya birla group and some more come to the placements.
Last year the average package was around 600000 per year. My plan after the degree is to get some experience from jobs and then start something of my own.

Candidates for B.Design and B.Ftech course need to have passed HSC and applicants of B.Ftech and M.Design course must have done graduation in the relevant discipline.
Selection to B.Design course is on the basis of entrance exams GAT and CAT followed by a situation test.
For B.Ftech and MFM course candidates have to sit for GAT exam.
I got admission with the process of entrance exams and interviews. I loved drawing so it made sense for me to joining the best college to hone my skills. I was very nervous but i loved every moment of the admission process. People there were really helpful and all you have to do is listen to them.
National Institute of Fashion Technology - [NIFT] is a prestigious college having several branches across India: New Delhi, Jodhpur, etc. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in design with different specializations.
