PSIT College of Engineering Kanpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Our college has had a good placement record for a long time. Many companies offer students good packages, but for that, you need to have good grades and a strong academic record. Companies that visited my college, PSIT, included Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and IBM. They offered good packages to students. In fact, a recent newspaper article mentioned that the highest package offered at PSIT was ?30 lakhs Recently, I got placed in a tech company in Noida, and my future plans are to settle abroad and work in a multinational IT company. That's it.

From 7 semester you are eligible for college placement. Highest package was 51 lack offered by Microsoft and lowest package was 3.8 lack offered by tcs and the average package was 4 lack and almost 95 percent got placed every year. And my plans was to get a good placement

The curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course was the addition of lastest subjects in the course. The curriculum prepares the students for the real-word applications and also for the further academic pursuits. The areas for improvement will be to remove some of the outdated subjects in the course. The frequency of examinations are twice a year. The timings of examinations are shift wise i.e morning, evening and afternoon. The difficulty of examinations range moderate.

The placements at the college are excelent. All the students of the final year i.e from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. Major IT campanies such as Infosys, Wipro and TCS visit the college every year. These companies offers various job opportunities for the engineering and management students. The highest package is 50 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA. The profile is generally software engineer. The percentage of the students getting placements is above 95 percentage. My plan after getting the degree is to do software engineering job.

Placements are to good here PSIT highest package is of 50lakh and average package is around 5 to ?6lakh during in 2024. Many students are placed at good mncs. Because you're trained for placement From first year only.

From 6 th semester students become eligible for campurs placements.There are lot of companies that visit the college with minimum pacakge of 3.5 lpa till 20 lpa. Average package for software engineer are 3.5 lpa.Almsot 90% students got the placement. I got job after my degree

The campus placement for the students are open from 6 semester where many companies visit the campus. They are mass recruiters also and startup's also . Various companies are Infosys,TCS , Capegimini offering 500 plus job offers every year . The percentage of students getting placement every year is 95%. My plan after getting the degree is to work as SDE in MNC's .

From 4th year 7th semister the students become eligible for the campus placements. Lots of companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Synopsis, Qualcomm, Grapecity, Daffodil, Accenture, Qualitest and many more companies visited our campus. The highest package offered to the btech student in 2023 is 50 Lakhs by the company Paloalto Networks. As of now 121 % students get placement from our college in big MNCs.

I chose this course because I wanted to study computer science I have an interest in it there is about 1 faculty in every 50 students so the ratio is 1:50 all faculty are qualified to have phd degrees. all things were informed timely and it was moderate to pass, a good student can pass

As far as batch 2020 is concerned psit has marked the best placement in the northern region with over 1400 selections this year in many tech giants like Infosys, TCS, Wipro Capgemini etc. With packages ranging from 3.6 to 26 LPA. The institution itself is breaking all its previous records of placements every year. The placement training dept, CR dept. of the institution is helping out every student to achieve their best to get a decent job.
