PSIT College of Engineering Kanpur Ranking 2025

In the B.Tech course, we had to work on a project every semester, based on the research and studies we had done in the past two semesters. Our college also provided internship opportunities, for which there was a separate group and faculty. Students who were serious about internships were selected and received a stipend of around ?1000-?6,000. Internship opportunities were available both within and outside the city. However, out-of-town internships were more expensive, while in-town internships could be completed within the stipend or with minimal additional expenses.

From 7 semester you are eligible for college placement. Highest package was 51 lack offered by Microsoft and lowest package was 3.8 lack offered by tcs and the average package was 4 lack and almost 95 percent got placed every year. And my plans was to get a good placement

The placements at the college are excelent. All the students of the final year i.e from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. Major IT campanies such as Infosys, Wipro and TCS visit the college every year. These companies offers various job opportunities for the engineering and management students. The highest package is 50 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA. The profile is generally software engineer. The percentage of the students getting placements is above 95 percentage. My plan after getting the degree is to do software engineering job.

Here, intensive opportunities are also available. Most of the students grab their internship in IIT Kanpur, in machine learning, and you can also try hard of campus for internship also. And here students are doing internship at 3lakh-4lakh per month. It only depends upon your skill

There are many companies that provide internship oppurtunity with stipend in different domains like Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Analyst , HR , Digtal marketing. During internship we are trained in our respective domain and we do live projects also.

The campus placement for the students are open from 6 semester where many companies visit the campus. They are mass recruiters also and startup's also . Various companies are Infosys,TCS , Capegimini offering 500 plus job offers every year . The percentage of students getting placement every year is 95%. My plan after getting the degree is to work as SDE in MNC's .

There are lots of companies like infosys, TCS, Accenture etc which provide good internship opportunities to our college students with good perks and benefits. Our Placement cell provide us large number of opportunites to showcase our talent in big MNCs.

As far as batch 2020 is concerned psit has marked the best placement in the northern region with over 1400 selections this year in many tech giants like Infosys, TCS, Wipro Capgemini etc. With packages ranging from 3.6 to 26 LPA. The institution itself is breaking all its previous records of placements every year. The placement training dept, CR dept. of the institution is helping out every student to achieve their best to get a decent job.

When I graduated at the time of covid the placements were not too good but some companies arrive for hiring after 3-year companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys's highest package was around 6 or 7, and an average of 2.5.

Last year the placement record is 176% in my college and the highest package hoes to 40 LPA. So college is good for placement and studying also college brings good faculty for training and personality development. So I think college is good in this category.
