PSIT College of Engineering Kanpur B.Tech Information Technology: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The total fee in PSIT is 1.60 lakh for computer science and engineering and IT and other branches have 1.25 lakh. Hostel fee 74000 non AC and 88000 for AC room. For any kind of scholarship, you have to contact to college. They take the common tests for management quota students on the behalf of scores they provide scholarships. If you are coming through counselling then fee waiver seats are provided. And you get a government scholarship on the basis of an income certificate

My fees were like 134000 in a year and every year they have a hike of fees around 8-10% of fees no there was not any opportunity for any scholarship for the direct admissions students. I was unable to get the job as it was a time of covid so placements were also not like good at that time.

The fee of Btech is 160000. I think that it is a feasible amount as it provides workshop seminars extra classes and placement training in the technical round, as well as the HR round. all types of activities are held.

Yes, they hike fees almost every year in engineering but you have to pay the same fees for 4 years. The scholarship is provided to students having good marks in 12th. Job is provided with an average package of 3-4 lacs.

The fee of the college is around Rs.1.7 lakh per annum for cs/it branch whereas for civil and ec it is nearly about Rs. 1.4 lakh per annum. As of now, I haven't got any scholarship or any financial assistance from the college. But, the UP Government scholarship program is applicable in this college.

PSIT College of Engineering is not an affordable college for lower-middle-class family's students because it's one of the most expensive private colleges in Uttar Pradesh and also it is one of the most expensive colleges of AKTU University. Basic academic fees are 1,10,000 and other training and curriculum activities fees are 50,000. The total cost we have to pay as a day scholar is 1,60,000?. But if you are a hostler then you have to pay 80,000 additionally for the hostel. Students can feel relief by taking scholarship from the government. And there is also some scholarship program for students who got good marks in the entrance examination. Overall it's not cheap you have to pay approx 1.6 lacks. But ultimately it's worth it.

The course costs around 8-10lakhs including all the money which is quite a big amount for every middle class family. But apart from this the name of the reputed college stays with us forever which is highly beneficial in job Market. The infrastructure and facilities make this amount worth.

The scholarship the students can fill is of up scholarship. The fees are high but the result is great so it is a good place to invest. Currently, I am pursuing a b.tech but I know from the 6th sem students exams are conducted by many companies like Wipro, Infosys etc. The package previous year students got of 3 to 5 lakh and highest of 20 lakh. College claims to have 80 percent of placement every year.
