There are scholarships available for students based on their merits.
College staff was there available when we need any help regarding admission .
The faculty members are great at their work, and create a very friendly environment.

Dislikes

Poor Elevator facility. And confusing infrastructure
The college is located a little far from mainland Mumbai, making it difficult for students living in Central and Western side to travel on a daily basis.
At the college was affiliated to Mumbai university so things were disorganized

Just a little thing.

Likes

The canteen of the college is one of the best thing in the college.
There are various facilities such as library for different different cources.
The infrastructure of the college is kinda complicated but you will get used to it

Dislikes

The infrastructure was kinda not friendly for new students
The canteen food was good but it was too crowded
The place outside the college is pretty much crowded for vehicles

Placement Experience:

The placement in our college depends upon different cources The students are eligible for campus placement after 2nd or 3rd year The highest average package given by the companies is mostly around 8 lakh to the bba pass outs

Reality of Pillais (Panvel)

Likes

Infrastructure, campus, were top notch..
Timings were great. Student oriented full of life with studies
High standards as college life for sure..

Dislikes

Too much of events and crowd is mostly busy eith that
Not everyone is okah with sooo and there are pepole with multiple backgrounds soo
And giving the authority to the students irrest

Placement Experience:

After 4th sem you are eligible for placements.. TCS Wipro Hexaware Concentrix Were the major comoanies... 50% of the students got placed.. Highest package was 17 lacs per annum whereas the lowest was 3 lacs.. which was fair enough

Life at Pillai college

Likes

I like that there r a lot of success events in my college which lets us enjoy our college days.
My college provides us with extra side by side courses in less price so help us grow our knowledge.
Some teachers r really very sweet and teacher really nicely and r even supportive towards students in hard times.

Dislikes

There r so many assignments to much work to do in so much less time.
The assignments mostly consists of going to a company and getting to know how the company works. Which is hard to complete sometimes as not all companies will entertain all this.

Placement Experience:

The placements r not that good to be very honest for bms everyone gets sales job options and the pay is 15k per month which is this is very less. There have been good placements but they r rare to see

It appreciated the college giving opportunities to students
My engagement with campus life and the quality of social interactions is good
Teaching methods, placement services and mentorship is good

Dislikes

Same those improvement are needed for college
quality of the infrastructure, campus amenities and learning facilities is not that much good
And the teaching methods also have to improve same were

Likes

The premises of college is beautiful and beautiful.
Everyone is kind and helpful and I appreciate that.
Their is no need of improvement in teaching.

Dislikes

Their are no things which can be disliked.
The college is fully strict about everything.
So their is nothing to get disliked.....

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes the course is very helpful and made me improve and learn many things. The small 20 marks exam we get atleast 45 min. And for semester exam we get time atleast 2 hours. This time is good enough for us.

Likes

The college campus is really nice , faculty is very nice
The college provides mock interviews too
The social interaction is nice and infrastructure is nice

Dislikes

There is no such dislike in the college sometimes portal dont work
There is no such dislike about college but alot of issues of network
There is no such dislike about college every things good

Placement Experience:

From 6 sem the student's are eligible for placement and they need 75% of marks to get the placements and different placement offered by wipro, tcs, accenture etc.. and the highest package 10000 .....

Likes

Each Student are having a helpful behaviour among them
There is proper co ordination between students and teachers

The placement in Pillai college is good as compare to anothe colleges and it provides internship to students which help to get a experience about the job . My plans after the BBA is doing MBA for starting a Company

One of the Biggest college out there

Likes

I liked the ambience off the college it's pretty fun
I like to canteen food and library and the gym is awesome too
The faculty members are very good they have a lot of knowledge about the course

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good there are lot of companies which have been coming to Pillai From long time for example jio, Idbi, T C S, etc.. Which Give a average package of three to five lakhs and it can go up to 12,00,000

Pillai's College of Arts Commerce and Science,Is it worth the hype?

We have two Havard Business School(Online) courses that help a lot academically and also in building a portfolio. PCACS has great placement assistance and that is what attracted me.
The college campus is beautiful and overall environment is also healthy there is also a lot of space for extracurricular activities. We have facilities like business simulation lab, Plug and play classrooms.
Field visits are extremely common in our college . We have mandatory internships and college helps to get those internships. Another thing that I liked is the faculty is very through and helpful. We have abundance of opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Campus Placements are great. Many companies are associated with PCACS and a lot of students are places every year. The placement cell guides and ploshies you to get ready for the corporate world. Companies like delloit, accenture, IDBI Bank and many more. The average package CTC is 3,00,000-6,00,000 upto 12,00,000.
