My college provides us with extra side by side courses in less price so help us grow our knowledge.

Dislikes

The assignments mostly consists of going to a company and getting to know how the company works. Which is hard to complete sometimes as not all companies will entertain all this.
There r so many assignments to much work to do in so much less time.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I am in second year rn and I am doing BMS in HR For that my fees is 45000rs for first year the fees was 41000rs but the fees increased because the college gave us custom made formals for which the price was included in the 45k. Other courses like BBA fees is 125000rs. Bcom is 35000rs etc

Academics is very tough as compared to other institute.

The fees is resonable, its not costly. It is 3 year course. Mostly the yearly fees is 40000 - 45000. The fees range may change. They provide paid certificate courses every year. Few of the certificate course includes internship too.

The overview of Pillai College.

When i first entered my college, for my first year the fees was ?32,500. In my second year it increased to ?35,000 and in my third final year now it has increased to ?39,450. The bcom fees is my minimum and the highest fees is for bba course. We get scholarships for economically backward class and for single parent students, where we can get around 10% of our fees back. I did opt for this scholarship as i have a single parent.

To be honest, the total cost of my graduation was hust 27000 approximately, per year, which is extremely low compared to other streams, and also the return you'll be getting after the course is in a much higher ratio compared to the investment. There are caste-based scholarships.

The yearly fee structure is between 21000 to 24000 in the First year 23000-25000 in Second Year 25000-27000 in Third Year It ranges from 20 to 30 thousand rupees. It is accepted in either Cash or Draft only. The Scholarship is provided on the basis of Cast Reservation and minority. The college helps to get paid internships for interested students.

My opinion on the college

The fees are satisfactory competing with the local or same course colleges in our state. other colleges charge an averagely of 30-40k per annum fees for BMS first year but our college charged 28k. The scholarship provided here is based on your caste and not on merit or financial ability. No scholarship is provided to GENERAL students. Yet we haven't enjoyed campus life due to the global pandemic.
