When I visited the college for the first time it looked so alive with many things happening at the same time, The events, the sports, the seminars. This was one thing I liked about this college. There focus was every where not just study based syllabus. One can grow, discover and nurture their passion here. I didn't saw that in other collleges which I visited. The admission process is offline, you have to fill the college form and wait for merit list and if you have your name in it you can start with the admission process .

I applied for SIES college of Navi Mumbai and also I got confirmation of admission in this college in 5th round but already in 3rd round my name came in pillai college. So I took pillai college and also it is near to me for travelling as compared to SIES college. Admission process is first of all we have to fill Mumbai University form online then we have to fill personal college form for selection of the course and the college form charge is 200rs, after the submission of form we have to wait for 1st,2nd,3rd list, their are only 3 list but in that also your name is not mentioned then you will get admission by donation. Also cut off for my course is 63%. And no other entrance exam we have to give. Admission process is good.

I chose Pillai college of arts commerce and science over other colleges like kj Somaiya college and Wilson college due its curriculum and strong industry connections in commerce and finance while Kj Somaiya had better infrastructure, Pillai college approachable faculty influenced my decision.

I applied to couple of colleges in nearby locality but the focus was Pillai's and there was no need to search anywhere else because I got it. The admission process is also quite basic like any other college.

I only applied in Pillai and got the college because this one is my personal favourite because the fests it conducts and simultaneously the quality of education that it delivers. It has a quite simple admission process like any other college that is apply and fill in the form and just wait for the list to be out and try your luck.
