Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is outstanding and college provides placement and real world internships too and the teaching method is very good good condition projector also the timing of exam us manageable and there is not such difficulty in the exam

Internships Opportunities

The name of the companies offered for internships are delhi , mumbai. Etc.. The project of internship are hr , management, financial etc they give real time examples and provide certain opportunities to grow in this field

Placement Experience

From 6 sem the student's are eligible for placement and they need 75% of marks to get the placements and different placement offered by wipro, tcs, accenture etc.. and the highest package 10000 .....

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees we are paying is 1,29,000 the tution fees is 50,000 there is no registration fees, no the college don't take extra fees for completion of course the batchmates have the same fees for couse but extra as a hostel fees

Campus Life

The annual festival of pillai college is the greatest festival that is alegria and is held in the month of February, and there are alot of books available in the library and a lot of jounal in the library..

Admission

I didn't apply for any other college beacuse in my city this college is the best and the college is excellent as there is many nice faculty, campus and social interaction are very nice and there is CET exam for this course

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 100% and the relationship is approachable . The name of faculty is aniesh sir and i like the teaching of sir he gives real time examples too and the class is fun and interactive too

Likes

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

A perfect blend of learning and industry exposure.

Likes

The faculty is extremely experienced and provides valuable industry perspective.
The campus is modern and equipped with smart classrooms, media, labs, studios and an excellent library.
The placement cell is very helpful and active, getting students placed with firm.

Dislikes

The hostel is not good so providing variety in food.
sometimes coordination between department can be smoother.
The course is a bit on the expensive side when it comes to fees.

Best College with Loving Memories

Admission:

The admission process is easy in my college. Students do not have to appear for any Entrance examination. For Taking admission in B.M.S course, students should get minimum45% marks and reserved category students should get 40% marks in Xll Standard.

Review for Pillai college of arts, commerce and science

I applied for SIES college of Navi Mumbai and also I got confirmation of admission in this college in 5th round but already in 3rd round my name came in pillai college. So I took pillai college and also it is near to me for travelling as compared to SIES college. Admission process is first of all we have to fill Mumbai University form online then we have to fill personal college form for selection of the course and the college form charge is 200rs, after the submission of form we have to wait for 1st,2nd,3rd list, their are only 3 list but in that also your name is not mentioned then you will get admission by donation. Also cut off for my course is 63%. And no other entrance exam we have to give. Admission process is good....Read More

Pillai College : "A VIBRANT HUB OF LEARNING AND ACTIVITIES"

For the candidate to be eligible for pursuing a BSc computer science degree from PCACS needs to have passed 12th with mathematics as one of the subjects in their HSC and should have secured above 60% in their HSC exam. Application forms have to be collected from the college office and while submitting the application form candidate have to submit their documents that are specified by the college, no application fees is there and we have to collect the application forms when the admission dates are released on PCACS official website and have to submit before the date given for form submission and wait for the merit list to be released and then the admission fees paying process starts.
