MBBS course is full of experience related to patient and gives hand on experience with patient which is very relatable to what we study in classes. The curriculum preapres you well for real world applications as the hospital has very good patient inflow and outflow. The relevance to the clinical point of view should be more. The frequency and time of exams are adequate as it is difficult to complete the syllabus but that's what gives the drive to study and finish everything on time.
