- The teachers are well educated and have different styles of teaching as well which helps a lot to learn things better way as a bcom student we have 6 or 7 subjects and have exams in every 5 months so it difficult to learn but the teacher make it easy
- The commerce department is good for the first year students it is the best in whole Sggs college well maintained and cleaned ..the toilet is neat the benches are not trash it is of good quality which make a good environment for studying in classes ..
Dislikes
- I think that there can be improvement in the topic of infrastructure of the college campus . It can be extended and some things can be added to make it more attractive for students it is a big college but should also have things to explore as well
- Social interactions can be made more by arranging some seminars and webinars in the campus. Students can interact with one another and try to look people who are ambitious as they are .. but there is only fights and people making reels for Instagra
Fees and Financial Aid:
The Sggs college sector 26 Chandigarh fees structure is as follow:- 1 year fees :- 33621 2 year fees :- 32725 3 year fees :- 32725 Bcom is a 3 year degree and the each year has two semesters in it and you have to pay the fees half in 1 semester and half in 2 semester.... which is good if you can't afford much money in less time in my pov . And in that there is also university examination fee of rs 5670/- And for BCA the fees structure is :- 1 year :- 53102 2 year :- 52206 3 year :- 52206 And for the first university examination fee is rs 5670/- and it includes the practical examination as well in it ... There is scholarship in college but less people have knowledge about that and the criteria for scholarship is that you have to be present in class and you attendance percentage should be 90% and above then u will have a scholarship but it is only for the scheduled cast students not for all the people there ..

- There is less competition as the college allows mediocre student to take admission
- The student environment is not very good
Fees and Financial Aid:
We have to pay fees semester wise for first semester it is 21000 rs and for 2nd it is 13000 rs it can fluctuate a little bit for 2nd and 3rd year also the fees is equal for all and there is no scholarship available

- Faculty was very good all teacher are wll qualified , all are phd and have great experience
- Infrastructure is also good for commerce Department
Dislikes
- The gender ratio was not equal in the classes

The fees of sggs college sector 26 for bcom is around 24000 1st semester and 12000 for second semester and hostel fees is 84000 ac room excluding its bill and 80000 non ac rooms and admission form fees was 800 for college

- Our college is best in many fields such as easy admission process and sports as well.
- My campus life is good and my friends make it amazing with so many memories with them.
Dislikes
- But there is less chances and lack of mentorship skills in our faculty members
- Infrastructure is good but need some improvement in upcomimg times and most importantly needs to improve the food quality.

1] There is no increase in tution fees otherwise I dont know it . 2] My total cost of education is about 2 lakhs and seperate tution fees 50000 and other services transporation is also involved in the cost of education. 3] Not have the knowledge about the scholarships and did not indulge in that. 4]NO

- I’m absolutely delighted with my experience in SGGS college , the college offer varies opportunity in undergraduate and postgraduate programs and I am impressed by the quality of the education and expertise of the faculty.
- I am satisfied with my college it a great place to learn and start a career.
Dislikes
- I am disappointed because their placement cell is unorganised and it’s difficult to find a job after complete degree in SGGS college.
- The college focus more theory than the practical skills, leaving people for unprepared for real word.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Tuition fee increases policy: As I read and see of Sri guru Gobind singh college tuition fee increase 10% in every year which is quite annoying, the tuition fee around 16000 rupees and the second year increases into 16000 to 20000 rupees. The complete course around 135000. In this college only have SC cast scholarship. And the college offer campus employment opportunities to the students.
Likes
- I appreciate the placement desk of our college. It helps the children to engage more in co-curricular activities as well as academics so that they can achieve heights. The college gives us a platform to showcase our abilities.
- The teaching staff is commendable. The way they teach with the help of required equipment, labs , machines and books are appreciable. They go through each topic thoroughly so that it's easily understandable.
Dislikes

Fees and Financial Aid:
My course, computer science costs me 30k per year covers my tuition fee except for the expenses of my books and yes, my college offers scholarships to the needy who are not able to find their education due to some financial issues. I believe the fee structure of the college is reasonable and it provides the best services to the students under the budget

- College is neat and clean .staff is well mannered and polite and supportive . Going there is fun

The annual fee is 30000. Tution fee is included in course charges and there are no extra charges. The complete cost of education is approx 1 lakh including the service fee and compulsory charges, there is also a scholarship facility in our college

- Decent Infrastructure, Good Faculty, easily reachable, affordable fees.
Dislikes
- No Car Parking Available in the Campus. Food Options are limited.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fee varies from course to course. On an average the fee is 20 thousand rupees per semester. Total money I've spent on my course is 1.5 Lakh rupees (3 year B.Sc Course) Different Scholarships and other financial aids are available. Stipends are generally not provided. They Teach Good but the job is on you!

- They allow to have elections in college through which student have easy way to complain any thing
- The teachers are also helps and support students
Dislikes
- The classes are not so good. In classrooms are damaged and banches are also damaged
- The college is not good in sports activities
Fees and Financial Aid:
The free that I paid for first sem is approx 16K which is ok and its my first year so I don't know about about scholarships and also don't know about tution fee and etc charges. And few days back the private company were came for placement etc

- Campus life is too good. You can roam around in the college no one ask you anything.
- Faculty is helpful. Even in curricular activities.
Dislikes
- Placement, college must organize placement cells, students have to roam around after completing their courses
- Infrastructure, departments allotment isn't that perfect as it should be.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Biotechnology is quite expensive in comparison to other courses. Scholarship system isn't that developed in our college. They aren't organize even single visist to industry and no placement. I have not get even single penny in my college form stipend.
