Admission to the college is based solely on NEET qualification, with no interview or group discussion required. Candidates can join through either All India or state-based counselling, depending on their NEET rank. For state-based counselling, candidates go through document verification at the DMET office in Odisha. Non-Odia students are admitted through All India counselling. Eligibility requires a 40% aggregate in PCB/PCMB from a recognized board. The faculty comprises about 200 members, including professors and PG students, with a student-to-faculty ratio of 1:3.
