VIMSAR Scholarship 2026

Various scholarship opportunities are available through government and private sectors, primarily provided by the Government of India and state governments. The Government of Odisha offers the Medhabruti scholarship, providing Rs. 10,000 yearly. Additionally, scholarships are available for students from reservation categories and those with family incomes below Rs. 6 lakh per annum, with some receiving approximately Rs. 11,000 annually. There is no direct scholarship from the college, but government scholarships require college verification.

The tuition fee is approximately Rs. 25,000 per year, with the total cost of studying MBBS for 5 years being Rs. 90,000, including hostel charges. Hostel fees are Rs. 10,000 for the entire 5.5 years. The admission fee is Rs. 15,000, with an initial fee of Rs. 38,050, including Rs. 10,000 for hostel fees, and subsequent yearly fees of Rs. 26,000. Additional fees are required for events and college resources.

There are compensations for minorities and students from SC and ST categories.
