The biggest reason is my not so very good score in FLAT. The another reason is to choose energy law because this is the only college which offers energy law, and the last reason is because the campus is situated outside the city of Dehradun, which gives a very peace environment for student to study

I gave CLAT examination in the year 2019 but I wasn't able to qualify the CLAT test. Later on, I started looking for private colleges which has good reputation in the market. In my overall experience I found that after OP Jindal Global University, UPES was having good reputation specially in North Indian region. I also gave the UPES admission test in which I qualified the examination. I also gave GD PI. The most preferred courses are Law, Engineering, MBA

Admission can be directly through CLAT and its own entrance exam. you will find the Application form through the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies website. GD is also a part of the admission process.
You must have passed 12th standard with good grades. The application fees are 1300-1500 also college provides different scholarships available on the website www.upes.com but you must not expect good placement and Future TBH
I have applied for many colleges like KIIT SYMBIOSIS AND NIRMA and instead of these universities, I have chosen UPES because UPES delivers and everything to students which other universities fail to do so. There is no quota like general SC, ST, or OBC but there are girls quota and domicile of Uttarakhand. The criteria for taking admission in B.COM, LL.B HONS is you can give UPES at the exam or through your good CLAT scores. The minimum age should 18 or 12th pass. The admission process is the same as other colleges just fill up the admission form and pay the admission form fee.
I choose UPES because it has a good placement percentage and seniors told me that its faculty is also good. UPES have a good infrastructure. I got admission through merit and UPES also conducts its entrance exam. I heard good reviews on collegedunia about UPES while comparing it with other colleges. I don't avail any quote.
UPES is one among the top institutions in India. It has a very green and clean campus. The college has got a very good infrastructure with all facilities like Wi-Fi, classroom, library and very well equipped labs. Placements offered are also really good. Well experienced and friendly teachers. Admission process dates varies accordingly every year. 10th 11th 12th marks are taken into consideration after filling out the form. There is also an interview after submitting the marksheets. Students are selected on Best on this.
UPES is among the topmost private university for law. They have experienced faculty. Generally, they take a test for admission but when I applied, the exam was cancelled and I got admission on basis of my 12th percentage. It was because of the ongoing pandemic. While selecting my college, I went through a lot of articles on collegedunia website.
