My college experience

The course curriculum is well designed for the welfare of the students as we experienced alot of educational events organised but as we move forward to the mid sems.

One thing I must appreciate is that my college is keen to provide internships from now itself, a week ago I had a session regarding the social internship I'll be required to do after my 1st year

As for the reputation of the college, the college is not like that, the school of law provides us with a variety of experienced faculties Dr Abhishek Sinha being our dean is a highly qualified man achieving much at this young age is just an incredible Talking about the college fees, the college fees for ba llb is around 2 lakhs per semester which is quite genuine considering law as a career, you can compare it with other national law schools, they also charge around this much amount per semester Upes also provides us with scholarships such as merit scholarships and domicile scholarships as well My colleagues who are domiciled of Uttarakhand got a 30 per cent scholarship and they are quite happy with the experience as well

I am very much impressed by the campus life ,the culture of the college is very much diverse and comforting I recently had my freshers and dholida ( garba night ) which was very well planned and organised proper safety measures were taken , refreshments were provided and I am looking forward for the spandan event which is goint to be a blast Library is very very huge I must tell you ,upes have a huge library fully air conditioned ,and the best part is the tech included in library We have machines to issue and return books We can reissue our books from the University portal Etc College is quite tachsavy ,even our attendance is tech oriented,we just need to punch our IDs before the class and we are marked present which is very cool Sports clubs are on another level man ,they provide exceptional exposure to the athlete and facilities are provided not only to the athlete but motivate other students as well

I appeared for clat 2024 and couldn't make into the top nlus and got only bottom 8-10 nlus which I didn't preferred,and went for upes as my college Admission process for the college is both online and offline The process is quite smooth You can get into the college through all national level entrances and the entrance conducted by upes as well The cutoff varies every year My overall admission experience was quite smooth but the most I would like to appreciate is the documentation process after the admission which was quite smooth and well guided

The faculty in school of law is exceptional and are available in for any personal queries as well ,they are there for you to listen to you and have such a great experience and the dean of school of law ,Dr Abhishek Sinha is a great great man ,highly qualified,well behaved and achieving all this at such young age is just exceptional, The course curriculum is divided into 3 parts Mid sems End sems And internals Internals mid sems and end sems weigh 50,20 and 30 percent respectively Mid sems are organised in the month of October
