Eligibility: 

• MBA (Core, Human Resourse): Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (all the subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared) + 2 years of industry experience is desirable
• MBA in Business Analytics: Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 or more years of graduation) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Management Studies, or Computer Science with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (all the subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared) ) plus two-years of industry experience is desirable. Mathematics or Statistics must be a compulsory subject in graduation
• MBA in Digital Transformation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Any stream) /MCA, /B.Sc. (IT)/ BSc. (Computer Science)/ BSc. (Electronics)/ BSc. (Physics)/ BSc (Maths)/ Any other graduate degree with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. The minimum pass marks of 50% in aggregate (all the subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared) plus a minimum of 2-years of industry experience is desirable
• MBA Pharmaceutical Management: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy(B.Pharm & M.pharm) , BDS, BHMS, BAMS , Biochemistry , Biotechnology,MBBS, Microbiology from a recognized University  with a  minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.

Selection Criteria: 

Stage 1: For applying to the following NMIMS University programs, NMAT by GMAC™ test is a mandatory test:

• MBA
• MBA HR
• MBA Business Analytics
• MBA Digital Transformation
• MBA Pharmaceutical Management Mumbai

After the candidate has applied to NMIMS, the score of the NMAT by GMAC™ Test for all the NMIMS applicants will be submitted by GMAC to NMIMS (Deemed to-be- University)

Stage 2: Shortlisting of the candidates are based on NMAT sectional and total score will be done only for candidates applying to any of the NMIMS programs

NMIMS conducts the 2^nd Stage of the selection process for the shortlisted candidates. The Process includes psychometric test, written Aptitude test, and Personal Interview. The details will be informed subsequently. The selection process is done in person and the candidate must carry the NMAT by GMAC scorecard.

Note: The call letter will be declared on the candidate's dashboard. Call letters will not bt e-mailed or sent by post.

Weightage will be given to academic performance and work experience as well.

• The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained by a candidate in NMAT by GMAC™, personal interview, WAT, psychometric test, work experience and past academic performance.
• The selection criteria is based on merit only. The decision regarding the cut-off of the merit list will solely lie with NMIMS. Aspirants who have applied for more than 1 Programme / Campus in the application forms will be selected based on their merit score and preferences and the availability of the seats in the respective programme.

Minimum eligibility for an Executive MBA  is a pass in Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Selection Process: 

Selection to Executive MBA is done on the basis of Written Test conducted by NMIMS/ GMAT score of 600 and above/ NMAT score of 200 and above followed by personal interview. For Executive MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, the selection is done on the basis of a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.

Key Points:

• Applicants have to submit Work Experience Certificate, Appointment letter, promotion letter and relieving letter along with the application form.
• The work experience should be full time excluding internships, projects, training period etc.
• Candidates who have obtained bachelor’s degree through part-time, distance learning or correspondence mode from a recognized University are also eligible to apply.

The institute offers Dual Degree Program in Business Analytics. This includes MBA in Decision Science & Analytics (NMIMS Deemed to be University – SBM) and MS in Business Analytics & Information Management (Purdue University, Krannert School of Management).

Key Points:

• Candidates who have qualified in UGC-NET (including JRF/UGC- CSIR NET/ SLET/GATE examination are exempted from appearing in entrance test but have to appear in personal interview.
• The candidates will have to discuss their research topic during Personal Interview.
• Part-time candidates will require a minimum five years of Full-Time Work experience in executive or supervisory capacity.

GMAC designs NMAT question paper in a computer adaptive way. The Questions are framed from three sections: 

The pattern of NMAT paper is similar to other MBA entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, etc. The paper will have MSQ type questions with four or more options.

• Total number of questions: 108 Questions
• Total number of sections in the paper: 3
• Total Time allotted: 120 minutes (2 hours)
• Mode of examination: Online (Computer-Based Test)
• Marking scheme: Three marks are awarded for every correct answer while there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Note: For every correct answer one mark will be awarded to the students and no mark will be deducted for any incorrect response.
