Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research (PIMSR), Navi Mumbai was established in 1998, is affiliated to Mumbai University and approved by AICTE. Classrooms: Digital classroom with touch screen computer, LCD and central air conditioning offers all the academic efforts and practical skills. There is a 24 hour power backup to assure interrupted power supply.

I didn't applied to any other colleges, I applied here and i got admission due to covid-19 pandemic... I have given common entrance exam for pursuing engineering in this college.. Also i got accepted because of merits

I dislike the library charging u if delay in returning the book 1 week late

Firstly i applied in sies nerul branch , but i didnt get addmission there as i applied a little late and student before me was selected , then next was Kle kalamboli that was close to my house but the crowd there was not good so i did not take addmission over there , next the last one was my college pillais and i applied i got selected also the cuttoff here was 75 % so my waz 78 so i got easily selected for that aspect also

I had applied for Saraswati Kharghar but due to some of their internal issues many of my friends and family suggested not to take admissiom over there they told me pillai is best overalll means events infrastruture studies industrial visits etc....Admission process is offline of pillai hoc... cut offs are very high over high...tough compititions

campus is bigger than other colleges of navi mumbai
in rainy season college environment gets prettier
college provided sports room for students to play in their free time is good thing

Dislikes

there are only 3 fests in a year in college which i don't like
college management is not tha good than a other colleges

I was preparing for enterance exams and exams were on august i didn't perform well on so i waited till all the lists and all seats get reserved after that only in this college i got admission . eligibility is as per college rules every year that changes. exams which include subjects like physics chemistry and maths are accepted here.

The computers in the lab are not well maintained. Most of them are not even working like not all but every 1 in 10 PCs are not working

Admission:

I took this college because it was easy to me for travelling to college. I also applied to other college but the cutoff of other college were a bit high. For the admission process you have to give MHT-CET exam. And the cutoff may vary every year but most of the time it is approx 60%ile to 65%ile.

The college environment and infrastructure is good and suitable for each and every student
