Remarks

there was a WAT and then a PI after we got shortlisted basis the cut off released for reaching campus of the NMAT scores. our NMAT exam had 3 attempts and we had a sectional cut off of 76 and an overall 240 for the Mumbai campus

Course Curriculum Overview

MBA core provides a holistic approach to all subjects. The faculty is highly qualified and adaptive to the online mode. They give good assignments to us and the teaching method is very exceptional. Exams were in the online mode under strict invigilation on zoom calls.

Placement Experience

The placement team works relentlessly and has a good track record. Our college has a legacy of over 40 years now and the packages offered are good. 100% of students sitting for the process are placed for both summers and finals.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees hiked from 20 lakhs to 22 lakhs for 2 years for us. I opted for an education loan from Punjab National Bank to cover the same. The tution fees are around 6 lakhs per year whereas other charges amount to the total specified above

Campus Life

Haven't been to campus except once but the campus life is good. Online mode has become the norm of the day but we are given access to the library portal and all other portals for studying. The college is very good at communication in online mode and all our events are also organized online with superb efficiency and capability.

Interview Experience

I had a written ability test followed by a PI. The WAT had a business problem and required us to provide our decision or rather approach to solve the same. It was basically gauging our thought process in an innovative manner. I prepared with the help of TIME coaching WAT sessions

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

I have applied for 3 exams namely CAT, XAT and NMAT and the colleges that I had applied for were all of the IIMs, XLRI, and NMIMS Mumbai. I did not choose the second and third generations IIMs as they are relatively new institutions and are still developing. I was not selected for XLRI.
