IDOL Mumbai University Admission Process

IDOL Mumbai University conducts Admission for UG and PG Programs on the basis of the scores obtained in 10+2 from a Maharashtra Board of Secondary or equivalent recognised Board.The admission process at IDOL Mumbai University involves registration for seat allocation on the admission portal, and the seat allotment process. IDOL Mumbai University Admission is conducted through the following process:

1.Applicants have to register only with their Email ID and Mobile Number on IDOL Samarth Portal.

2.Name and other details entered by the applicant need to be the same as in the Aadhar Card. 3.Applicant can log in to the portal through their registered email address, only.

4.Applicant must use his own active email address.

5.The Email address provided by the applicant must be functional and the applicant must have access to it throughout the admission process.

6. Applicants are encouraged to use latest version of Google Chrome web browser for filling the application form.

7.After admission is granted by the college/autonomous college/university department, based on the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University of Mumbai, the University will allocatea16-digit ENR Number to all admitted candidates.

8. All admitted students will thereafter be transitioned to the SLC (Student Life Cycle) moduleby the Department of Information Communication Technology through the CDOESamarth Portal. 9.All the students are compulsorily to complete following steps:

• Step 1: Visit mucdoe.samarth.edu.in.
• Step 2: Click NEW REGISTRATION.
• Step 3: Fill in Details & Select Program. Enter Name (as per your registration form) followed by Enrolment Number (If unknown, visit college).
• Complete Captcha.
• Step 4: Click Submit.
• Step 5: Verify OTP (sent to email)
• Step 6: Create New Password After completing these steps, candidate will be redirected to the homepage. The Candiddate can use their Enrolment Number as the username and enter the password for further use.

7. Visit Room No. 108A of the CDOE for document verification regarding scholarship.

8. For MCA and MMS admissions , candidates need to appear for the entrance examination before following the above procedure.

IDOL Mumbai University Admission Documents

IDOL Mumbai University Admission process requires some important documents for its UG and PG Courses for submission as listed below. When applying for provisional eligibility certificate, candidates have to pay Rs. 400/-as document verification fees (cash) at the cash counter Room in addition to the Eligibility fees.

1. Proof Of Date Of Birth.
2. SSc (10th grade) and HSC (12th Grade) onwards Certificates required.
3. Migration /T.C. Certificate.
4. Passing/Convocation / Degree Certificate.
5. Marriage Certificate/Gazette Notification (For female married students).
