What is the admission process for B.Tech at PVPPCOE?

Admission to the B.Tech program is based on scores in MHT-CET or JEE Main entrance exams. Candidates must participate in the CAP counselling conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and at least 45% marks.

What scholarships are available at PVPPCOE?

PVPPCOE provides Institutional scholarships from partnered companies based on merit or need. The college also provides government scholarships for SC/ST/OBC/SBC/NT/VJ/EBC/Minority categories, including full or partial tuition fee waivers and hostel allowances. and Financial Aid Programs for economically weaker students in both the Engineering and Visual Arts streams.

The teachers are always eager to solve our doubts and interact with us , the want the more and more students should approach them ask there doubts and discuss the syllabus etc.
The college professors are very particular about attendence and they will always keep there eye on your attendance and according to them attending is very important.

Dislikes

The approach towards the teaching should be changed slightly and more practical based learning should be included.

Faculty:

The faculty students relationship is good whenever we approach teachers with our doubts they make sure that they clear all our doubts. I liked all the faculties they strive hard for the students. There are two internel assessment exams of twenty marks and term work , practical submission is also there and end semester examination of seventy marks

Almost young staff was there hence inexperienced persons failed to provide us good quality knowledge.
Teaching quality was average in my time.

Faculty was mediocre. We wanted to study all subjects by our own , hence many times we were came out of classroom with lack of knowledge as well as depression as the huge syllabus demands proper understanding of topics which is expected to be taught with proper knowledge.

Some are rude while some are very nice to students. Chemistry teacher Ms Vibhavari Kulkarni is the best teacher because she provides notes and importance on time. While the account section staff is very rude and even a single querie can piss them off. There are two internals for first sem and most of the students barely passed.
