One must have scored higher than 60% aggregate in their 10+2 or equivalent education, should not have any active backlogs in the semester they choose to sit for placements, must have done relevant internships, and have an average of 7-7.5 CGPA uptill the semester in which they sit for placements.

What are the institutional shortcomings of OUTR?
