The beautiful scenes of the college and the opportunities to escape into beautiful locations.
Secondly, the university offers a generous scholarship scheme for meritorious students.
They are very easy to approach and provide good mentorship to the students.

Dislikes

College is having a very bad canteen whose food is not good
The hostel facilities are really poor for both boys and girls
Only core branch got internship help from college which is not so good .all interships are inside state.

Likes

I liked about this college is that it is the best for students within one lakh in jee main.

Dislikes

I don't like the teaching style of teachers.
I don't like the structure of syllabus provided by the university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The academics course is relevant for respective branches.There must be a change in syllabus structure in future.Decent curriculum is observed in this college.There is a decent preparation for making real world projects by using AI and ML as I am a AIML student.

College of my dreams

Likes

I like the infrastructure, management system.
The faculty members are very knowledgeable.
The overall academic structure is impressive.

Dislikes

Gym is not there which is essential for physical fitness.
More cleanliness can be achieved by extra efforts.
Assignments project take most of the time of ours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course always inspired me to be a engineer. The syllabus meets my demands and is essential for my foundation. More practical curriculum activities can be included in the course. Exams held in every six months.

Exams are conducted strictly following all the rules and regulations.
Provides scholarship opportunities for every students.
Improves skill used during the placement sessions

Dislikes

Funding towards development and sports is comparatively low
Delays in providing exam routine and schedule
Doesn't involve any social interaction related action

It's the college known for giving best placement offers in Odisha and companies like IBM , CISCO, Accenture, TCS etc comes to this college and 90% students gets placed every year and the highest package of this year is 17.5 lakh and avg package is 6.06 lakh per annum. These are some of the reasons that motivates through out these years

Likes

Our college provides the best education in Odisha in engineering. All the teachers and professor are kind hearted they helped us in every situation.
Our university have provided B.tech,M.tech, B.arch and so many branch.
All the senior of our university are helps us in our study and for all other woks.

Dislikes

Our university has an average infrastructure so it need to be implemented.
All the class room have also so old and needs to renovate.
Overall our university is a average college as compared to IIT and NIT .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am currently studying b.tech computer science and engineering in college of engineering and technology. Now a days our country get more progress in IT sector and so that I intrest in technology and development of our country. So that I choose computer science and engineering. We have two semesters exam per per it will happen in two phases. In 1st six months we write one exam other was in other six months. And also we have two mid semester/internals exam per year.

College and its story

Likes

The college infrastructure and the cleaniness is very good.
The teaching style of all the faculties are nice that even a bad student can easily reached the teacher
The sports activity and the sport spirit i like most .

Dislikes

The college have fisrt year hostel outside the college due to which the student feel very tired to come from outside
There is no compulsory hostel for all the students
The college canteen is very bad i take high charge per meal

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester they are eligible to sit in the campus .there are many companies come to the college. Tech companies core companies take many students every year.the companies like jsw tata jindal nalco takes many students. The percentage of students get job is around 75% percent.

The institute is goood in all the academic process which is I observed in my first day of joining at college institute because I arrived at college at 10.00 am which is the perfect timing for joining in same time my all work is completed .
The timing of all the classes are very punctual and understandable ..
The academic section is very good bcoz the staff present in the in the academic section are very useful.

Dislikes

If the classes are held in only one half of the day then it is goood for get some more time to self study
One half means class hold only in first half from 7.00 am to 12.00pm
If the lunch break was extended then there will b a good satisfaction for our 1st year hostel Student

Placement Experience:

The placement is now days in this college is very goood in all the branches especially with IT sector that is branch like computer science and engineering , computer science and engineering specialization with Artificial intelligence and machine learning, Information Technology and ECE . But in case of now days the student range is very high so the institute can't give 100 percent placement but overally the college is very goood in placements .

Likes

The college has a good campus size full of greenery..It has a cricket as well as football playground... Badminton court, basketball court is also there..overall sports facilities are good..
Professors are good and helpful..Fests are held..Many clubs are there where u can showcase ur talent..

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not that much developed...hostels are not provided to every student due to inavailability of hostel in the campus..Also to get hostel in second year you need to get a good cgpa as hostel in second year is allotted on basis of CGPA..
A new auditorium and a new hostel is under construction but only god knows when will it be completed..
Very strict attendance system is there..

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good specially for CSE and related branches..some of the companies which visit for campus placements are Microsoft, Cisco , Amazon..From last three to four years the highest package is around 44 lakhs per annum offered by Microsoft and average package for cse is around 9-10 lakhs..This year 576 offers were made..

Likes

The college teacher and faculty are very friendly and the college vc is very supportive .the infrastructure of the college is good and strong.
The college campus is neat and clean.the playground is very big it contains all the sports ground. With a badminton court football, volleyball court etc.
The placement in the college is good .the 90 percent of the students got placement in different companies.the companies offer good amount to the students .the boys girls ratio is three is to one

Dislikes

The college have no specific uniform.students can wear as what they want.so this thing should to be banned.
The college give hostel to some of the few students in first year on the basis of jee main rank.the college should allow all the students to stay in the hostel
The college have high amount in canteen.As it is in the college campus so it should give discount to students but they take more money

Placement Experience:

From the semister the students got good cgpa .and as paer the cgpa the company give offer to the students. There are many companies visit to our college like nalco ,tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. Around 90 percent students get placement in different company. My plan after getting degree to settle and live a happy and healthy life.

Yes, our college give placements in our fourth year.If we doing well in all the semesters in four years will get a good job with good package. If? Anyone is not satisfied With The placement he will apply with the off campus
