KCG College of Technology Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

After 6th semester placement started mostly for the students who doesn't having any arrears and some for 1 arrears.till today many big companies like hexaware, Infosys, cognizant,and others came and around 300 offers are made.highest package is around 8 lpa.after getting the degree my plan is to work in the software field

Traditional campus placement methods begin in the middle of the 6th semester. However, we get training from the first year. I also know students who even got internship opportunities from software companies even in their second year. Mostly, software companies visit the campus a lot when compared to core companies. But these days, core companies' visits to our campus have also increased, and we have signed MoUs with many core and software companies. Annually, more than 90% of the students get placed and the average package is around 3.5 LPA.

From 6 th semester students are eligible for the placements..if they have cleared all there papers till 6th semester.. Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, zoho, tcs..etc these companies are with good salary package...almost 90% of students are placed every year..Even i am placed in Accenture

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. For that our college gives trainning from the first year. Mostly IT companies like Accenture, TCS, Cognizent, Infosys, Zoho etc. are hiring more with high package. Compared to IT companies , core companies are less.

There is connection between lott of big industries like hexaware, cognizant, tcs, accenture , infosys and more.. They train you from the first semester itself.. And placement starts from 3rd year itself.

It provides a very good platform to indulge in a variety of activities ranging from debate to dance. Students have participated in the world dance championships. Our seniors also have been to the Oxford in London to participate for a MUN. They also went to Japan for a speaking event.

I chose this college because of its infrastructure, amenities and due to the good quality of teaching. Faculties are more friendly and they are arranging many workshops, inplant training, internship to give more practical exposure.

The college is improving their standards day by day. They are the one who has first lab in entire Chennai and Anna University seeked permission to use that lab in our college. One of the college which has aero hanger and gives live demo of aircraft.
