KCG Chennai BE/BTech Admissions 2025

KCG College of Technology offers BE in 11 specialisations, and BTech in 3 specialisations for 2025. Admissions are granted based on the candidate’s TNEA scores. Based on merit, candidates will be called for counselling. TNEA Counselling Fees 2025 is INR 500 for OC/BC/BCM/MBC & DNC category candidates, and INR 250 for SC/SCA/ST category candidates.

ME Admissions at KCG College of Technology Chennai are granted based on TANCET Scores. Candidates must note that GATE candidates will be given more preference. TANCET Application Fee 2025 is INR 500 for SC/ST categories, while for other categories, it is INR 1000.

All eligible candidates who have applied will be grouped into rounds as per merit list. Counselling is held round wise therefore each group will have one round of counselling. SMS and email alerts will be sent to the applicants via their registered ids and mobile numbers during each stage of counselling Candidates need to check the complete counselling procedure of TNEA either through web site or Notification by Government then and there.

Ques. What is the admission procedure for students at KCG Chennai via Management Quota?

Ans. The institute follows the following steps for Management Quota candidates at KCG Chennai:

The seats under Management quota are filled through Consortium of Self-Financing Colleges
The application forms shall be obtained from the Head Office / College Office and the student shall submit the application on or before the last date with necessary copy of documents required and fee for Consortium Counselling Systems
The Entrance Mark List is published by Consortium of Self-Financing Colleges in the website(www.tnsfconsortium.org)
The Management shall give admission to the students who are qualifying in the Consortium Entrance Marks
The Students on getting Allotment Order, shall contact the College to submit application with required various documents as prescribed by the College and the fees as guided by the Fee Fixation Committee, Government of Tamil Nadu. The other charges if any to be paid will be intimated to the students and as per that the students shall pay the amount

I am a sports personso i got offer in the sports quota so I went for selection trails and I got selected and chose this clg ,In all over tamilnadu in aeronautical engineering our clg places 23 rank so I chose this clg and went for admission. I applied only for hindustan university there also I went for selection trails and I got selected but I didn't got admission in aeronautical engineering so i came out and chose this college. The admission process is simple as in 12 class we have to get 45 marks out of 100 in maths physics and chemistry. We have to submit our originals and get admission in the college.

Firstly I tried for the sairam institute and also I tried venkateswara college Sriperumbudur then also In ssn atlast kcg was more affordable for me to learn they provided the course in a lesser cost.i got rejected in sairam and all the colleges as my marks where below 500.the admission process is very simple.there is no exams for admission.it was very easy for me as I went through management quota.
