CGC Landran Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As I was not interested to live in Jaipur anymore and I have already heared about the beauty of chandigarh. so after clearing my 12th class I decided to got go out and explore more. My friend came to this college and told me about this college and suggested me to join and now we both are part of it. Also chandigarh city is nearby to our college.

The college is very well known for providing excellent placements to engineering students. All big MNCs hire students of this college. The college is located at a very good location and has a mall in its vicinity.

Not very good with academic and very school like management

Pros- Good faculity Amazing infrastructure Diversity Many amazing events Equality. Educated staff Cons- Out-dated syllabus Not much of a side in sports. Will make you cry about 75% attendance. Overly strict Less freedom. As it's under PTU, I personally feels that bad examination checking.

One of the best colleges of India, specially the northern region with leading placement opportunities and infrastructures. The campus has a record of more than 350 companies visiting every year and more than 2000 placement offers.

Postive remarks are that our college is best in placements our college is best in events they organize every thing in well mannered plans. Faculty is good. If we talk about negative remarks sometimes they don't understand student and do whatever they want to do.

My friend was already a student of cgc he suggested me to take admission. So i went to the college with all documents but the minimum creteria for taking admission is 60% but i scored 59% but me & my father request & took the admission

I have mix reviews on my college like for infrastructure its good & placement its average & good quality its not good. & for faculty teaching style its average soo according to me i fell my college is average college

Everything is Ok with this College. Just one thing is Wrong. PTU checking Scheme is very tough or may be insufficient to determine student's calibre. I mean, each semester students are getting supple and then they are cleared all together at a once. I don't mean to say like each and every students gets supple but mostly Every student has got supple in the First Year Itself. But I would like to add on that this is merely a myth and your Hardwork will always pay. So, All the best. There are students who haven't Got even one single supple Till date in PTU exams.
