Placement opportunities are decent summer internship program starts from the next month of you joining College in July the company start coming in interview starts happening and internships begin in May next year similarly final placements start from October and by December they usually end multiple good companies like Deloitte visit the campus. IIT Madras has been offering 100% placements continuously for the past few years and average CTC has been increasing rapidly over the past years

We have almost 100% placements. Major recruiters like McKinsey & Company, Amazon, Dell, IBM, etc. Avg CTC is 12.7 lakhs. Highest for 2021 was 22 lakhs. I plan to join a company in a strategy role. Almost all students get placed.

At the end of the first year, students are expected to do internships for a couple of months. The Placement committee works hard to ease this process and ensures 100% placements in both summer internships and final placements. Some premium companies like Accenture, McKinsey & Company, Infosys, Cognizant, Dell, Mu Sigma are regular recruiters of the institute. The highest package for the summer internship stands around 2 lakhs.

Placements are decent and like every other college, the average and median packages are effected for the 2019-21 batch. The Highest package is at 21 lpa and average and median package is around 12 lpa. Students are eligible for placements at the end of 3rd semester. As per now all the students got placed and my plans after getting the degree would be working in the corporate and gain experience.
