SIMSREE concluded its placement for 2025 with the highest CTC offered of INR 22.50 LPA and average CTC offered of INR 15.10 LPA. The median package offered to the students of SIMSREE is INR 14.85 LPA. More than 76 recruiters visited the campus out of which 42 were the new recruiters. The top recruiters of the institute are Axis Bank, Capgemini, Barclays, EY, and Crisil. 10.84% students were offered PPO’s. 60% of the placements was offered to the candidates from the Finance stream.

SIMSREE, a college in a league of its own.

Placement Experience:

You will be getting packages of above 6 LPA easily if you get into this college. In my time, the stated average is 14.5 LPA. But the actual average will be around 13 LPA. It's the best option if you don't want to spend too much money to do your MBA or want to start and MBA and do something else on the side, like cracking a better college, cracking government jobs, entrepreneurship, etc.

SIMSREE- Best Bang for your Buck

Placement Experience:

SIMSREE offers placements for both Summers and Executive placements. Big brands like JPMC, EY, Barclays, Jio, GEP, TCS, Citi, etc. visit the campus every year to recruit our students for both, summer internships and executive placements. The highest stipend offered for Summers is 1.5 Lakhs and that for Executive placements was Rs. 20 Lakhs for the batch of 2019-2021. The average executive placement was Rs. 12.2 Lakhs p.a. which is on par or more than most of the baby/new IIMs. Finance is the most preferred specialization and the placements follow that trend.

Not having your 12th standard marks listed on your resume may result in missing out on some companies that have a graduation/12th standard percentage as part of their screening criteria. However, there are not many companies that consider this as a criterion.

Not having your 12th standard marks listed on your resume will not render you jobless.

A requirement for past academic records is only used for initial screening purposes by some companies. The companies that move forward with you for subsequent rounds of evaluations, such as group discussions and personal interviews, evaluate you based on your performance in these rounds.

It is important to note that if a company does not choose you, despite your excellent performance in the interviews, simply because of your previous academic records, it is the company that misses out, not you.

IMT Ghaziabad and KJSIMR are the next best choices. IMT G has a better placement record. As per the 2022 placement highlights, IMT Ghaziabad average package s around INR 15.57 LPA.
