JIMS Rohini Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college placements are good in this college. The last semester students are eligible for the campus placements. Some companies which visit our college are TCS, Amazon, Wipro, HCL, Accenture, etc. The highest package that was received by some students is Rs 20 Lakh per annum. The average package goes around to be Rs 5-6 Lakh per annum. 60% percent of students get placements on the campus only. I am preparing for IES services as I have done my graduation for that but if I can't get a job there then I will surely go with some private IT company and will put my potential there.

From 5TH semester the students are eligible for placement. There is no such company every company came here and hired students. Some of the known brands are Amazon with 11lakh package, Godrej, Deloitte, EY, BYJU'S, MOODY'S Berger paints, ICICI bank, Protiviti, KPMG, Wipro, CBRE, Asian paints, Nestle, ITC some of the top recruiter's with the decent package. Although there was a very bad situation in the market regarding the job I can proudly say that my college is successfully able to place 80% of the students of my college Batch (2019-2021). My plans are to grow with the corporates sector and to make my carrier in one of the good company.

After 3-trimester students become eligible to appear for the placements. some top companies which come on campus are Deloitte, Godrej, Bluestar, HDFC, Amazon, MRF tires. The average package for Marketing is 6.5 Lakhs whereas for Finance it is 5 Lakhs. more than 70 percent of students were placed in 2020 as per my knowledge. I have planned that after completion of this course is to get a good package from this college

JIMS provides campus placements and is known best for it. Many companies come for the placements offer in the college giving a considerable amount of package between INR 20000 to INR 2-3 Lacs depending on student to student. Companies are amazon, Flipkart, oyo, etc with positions like HR, Manager, Business Analyst and so on in the BBA field providing abroad opportunities too. It also offers Internship opportunities as well. According to last year data, 93% students got placements in well named and famed companies.

In the Business Administration course, students become eligible for campus placement after 3 years because this course is for three years. Big renowned companies like Amazon, Tata, WebEx have visited here. They made many offers. Around 70% of students more likely to get the placements for sure. I will surely work hard to crack the CAT exam after I complete my course.

The thing is that I'm only a 1st yr student and have only completed my 1st sem. So I don't think that I can comment on it very accurately. Still to share what I think is. The thing is that there are not many opportunities after doing a BBA degree in our country ( at least I feel that) it's like if 100 people are doing it then 40 are getting employed and then not to mention only 5 would be satisfied with their jobs. So in the middle of all this, I feel my college provides a nice placement as if you're a sincere guy who's serious towards not matter if is mediocre then you can easily get a job of around 4-5 lakhs as a freshie that is not the case with many Institutes and if you're very astute and shrewd then you grab the highest placement which last year was 10 lakhs. To sum it up the placement percentage is not very good even it's bad and if you're great you can grab some real shit and you can also go for off campus placement. I feel this is not because of college but because of the environ

I have selected this college because i have heard very good reviews about this college. I had done research on JIMS from several websites and youtube videos and i got to know that it is really amazing college and the facility members are very cooperative. They use to teach us from scratch.

PGDM in Retail Management is a course to make understand the students about the retail stores and industry how it works. I preferred this course that I like to work with stores and interact with new personalities every day. The faculty is experienced as well as qualified and a lot of experience in industries. We have an effective student-teacher ratio is one teacher on a class of 25-30 students. The teaching techniques used by the college is also good followed by the trimester system and lots of real-time projects and assignment under experienced staff which brings out best from a student.

From 5 trimester the placements process gets started. The company started visiting the campus as well as we have options for pool campuses. Highest goes-29 LPA Lowest goes- 4 LPA Average-6 lpa I got placed with Godrej and Boyce

In the 4th trimester students will be eligible for the placements Airtel, Deloitte, Aditya Birla , Landmark Group, MRF, HDFC, Yes Bank, JK Papers, Amazon, ICICI etc. All papers should clear, back should not be there. Wanted to be placed in good organization and I got placed.
