IMT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements have minimum eligibility criteria of 4.5 to 5 CGPA to appear for the internships & placements. Upon which, few companies have their own eligibility criteria. There are regular aptitude tests for preparation conducted by the academic forums along with the Placements team to get you prepped up.

The college brings decent companies like CRISIL, Wipro, FMCG, etc. The average salary is around 7.5 lacs per annum. 95% percent of the batch gets almost placed the average strength of the college is around 300 every year. For my batch, it is 200.

Placement in our college is a decent one. Many top companies participate in our placement process which will give us enough opportunity to present ourselves with a handsome salary package. We are also provided with good internship opportunities

Placements are fair. Being a tier 2&3 college, average placements stand at 7-9 lpa. Since the fees are low, ROI stands out. This year onwards IMT Nagpur is doing well to bring in more companies and train us to attract higher packages.

The average placement provided is around 8 Lakhs. While the highest package goes for 14 lakhs and the lowest for 6 lakhs. More than 120 companies visit campus for final placement which includes many big names.

Most of the students are eligible in second year after scoring a CGPA of 5 in first year. Average package should be above 7.5L. For number of companies, offers, CTC and percentage of students placed, I'd suggest to view the interim placement report.

The placement committee and other authorities ensure an efficient placement process. A lot of top corporate visit campus for final placement and the average package is around 7 LPA. BFSI, Consulting, FMCG are among the top hiring sectors.

From the 5th semester, a student is eligible for placements. There are big companies that visit our college like Neilsen, Barclays, Deloitte, Bain & co. offering a package of a minimum of 8 lakhs. Even during a pandemic, our college made sure to place all the students, and almost the majority of them ar e placed with decent packages, and companies are still visiting for the few of them left.

In the 4th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. There were many companies that visited like Bain & Co, Crisil Ltd, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, EY, KPMG, Deloitte etc. The highest package offered was 14 lac pa and the average is around 8-9 lacs. Almost all the students get placed every year.

Placements generally start from September- October after the 4th term. This year around 90% of the batch got placed and it is still going on. The average package lies between 7 LPA - 8 LPA and the highest went till 16 LPA this year.
