IMT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are eligible from 5th semester for campus placements. Crisil, Axis bank, HDFC Bank, Bain and Co., KPMG, Deloitte, Nielsen and many more companies came on campus and almost 90% of the senior is placed even in the pandemic. Average CTC is 7.9 LPA and highest CTC is 16 LPA.

From the 4th semester, students become eligible for campus final placements, and for Summer internship Placements students are eligible from the 2nd term itself. Companies like Crisil, PayU, Jio creative Labs, etc have visited for Summer internship hiring and provided internships to a decent number of students.

Students are eligible for placements from semester 4. JP Morgan, all major banks and FMCG companies visit the campus. The highest package was 18 lakh whereas average is somewhat between 8.5 lakhs. There is generally 100 per cent placement.

Placements at the institute are quite decent. Past recruiters include Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, TATA AIG, Amazon, Nielsen, KPMG, Bain & Company, Ernst & Young, Zomato, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Oyo, Paytm, and Philips.

Placements are great as compared to the current scenario because of the pandemic. From 5th semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. 56-60 companies participated in the 2020 placements. Highest salary offered is 16lpa and average is 7.94 LPA. Highest recruiting sectors were BFSI , consulting and IT & ITES.

Average salary for placement is around 7 lacs with highest package around 16lacs. Almost 95 percent of students get placed in the batch of 300 students. Companies like wipro, Deloitte, Crisil, Bajaj Allianz comes to the college with a profile or management trainee, sales manager, Business analyst etc.

The placements are good. It can be improved but yes it is quite good. The median salary is around 7-7.5 lakhs. From 4th term placements, the season starts. Around 90-92% of the batch gets placed. The average package is around 7-7.5 lakhs The highest is around 18 lakhs.

Placement of is also run by the student placement committee. Committee members are responsible to contact the company and convenience them to come to college for SIP and final placement. Faculty are also there for any help if needed. Placement is also quite good with an average package of 7.5 lakhs

Campus Placements are phenomenal with companies like KPMG, Deloitte, HDFC bank, Bain & Company, Nielsen, Crisil, Goldman Sachs, ICICI Bank, Exide, Tata AIG, Bajaj Allianz, Hexaware Technologies, Wipro, VE Commercial etc.

Placements at IMT is like in any other tier 2 college with an average of around 7 lpa. Students are eligible from their 3 semesters, most of the companies for Marketing come up with sales profile which is pathetic because students don't spend 12 lakh rupees for sales. The percentage of the student getting placed is around 90%
