Course curriculum is very vast & diverse especially in PGDM-BFS. We have more technical subjects than other course students. Faculty is very nice & experienced. Case-study approach in every subject which makes it more interesting.

- 24x7 access to the library and information resources is really something worth appreciating.

- Huge competition sometimes becomes a lag for you if you start getting demotivated from this.
- There are various projects, competitions, parties happening every night so you don’t get to sleep much.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have opted for banking and financial services as my specialisation for only one purpose, i.e. not to restrict my learning and thankfully the course fulfills that purpose very well. In the intial days of program, we had a foundation course of 1 month in which we were taught the basics of case learning, excel, quantitative aptitude. After that our main course started which covers whole finance, from the very basic of finance like financial accounting to courses like business valuation. Exams are happed after every 10-11 weeks and questions mostly covers the topics which were taught in the class. So to score good in the exams, one must have attended the class.

- Since the college is in the NCR region the pollution is a major problem.

The BFS course is s super Specialization in finance. It is completely different from other coutses as you have all the subjects related to core finance. The faculty have good industry as well as teaching experience and are highly qualified. The course completion is very timely.

IMT G offers amazing exposure to explore your interest areas and prepare you for the corporate world. A lot of initiatives has been taken in the past 2–3 years to regain its past glory. The batch size has been reduced to 450 for the batch of 2021. It has a student driven culture with a lot of clubs/committees, so the calendar is filled with a lot of events, as the saying goes “IMT never sleeps”. Almost all corporate competition opens up at IMT and students perform amazingly well in them, so peer learning is one of the best things at IMT. IMT is known for marketing and provides a great learning environment for students to develop skills and explore their interests in different domains of marketing. The faculty is amazing and highly experienced. Case studies, assignments, projects and a lot of events ensures great exposure in the field of marketing. Biometric has been installed in the classrooms, so no proxy. To strengthen its Finance area, IMT has recently started the PGDM BFS program.

- PGDM Marketing/PGDM Full Time (Marketing): This is the most coveted program among IMT students mainly because today its alumni have acquired top positions in big firms. Other major reasons include top-notch faculty, great internship and placement opportunities in terms of role and CTC, IMT’s eligibility, and excellent performances in recognized marketing and strategy B Schools competitions.
- PGDM Finance/PGDM Full Time (Finance): This one is most suitable for aspirants who are interested in Finance. However, this program offers lesser opportunities than the Marketing program in terms of role and CTC.
- PGDM Full Time (Operations): This program offers opportunities similar to that of Finance. But the batch size of PGDM Operations is smaller than PGDM Finance, so it may be easier to secure an internship/final placement, but the opportunities come less compared to Finance.
- PGDM DCP: DCP or the Dual Country Program is for those who are keen to get international exposure.
