IMT Ghaziabad December 2025 placements see 400 students placed, highest CTC at Rs 35 LPA.

The December 2025 placement session at IMT Ghaziabad has delivered strong outcomes, with 400 students securing job offers across multiple sectors. The institute recorded a highest package of Rs 35 lakh per annum, reflecting sustained recruiter confidence.
A total of 110 companies participated in the ongoing process, including 25 first-time recruiters, while one-fourth of total offers were made through Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). Key sectors such as BFSI, consulting and IT played a major role in hiring during this phase of IMT Ghaziabad.
According to the institute, the average CTC stood at Rs 18.89 LPA, while the median CTC was Rs 17.56 LPA. Notably, the top 100 offers reported an impressive average package of Rs 24.57 LPA, indicating a strong demand for top talent during the December session.
Recruitment remained consistent across BFSI, consulting, IT & IT-enabled services, FMCG, investment banking, e-commerce and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Students were offered roles in strategy, management consulting, analytics, product management, sales leadership and other specialised profiles.
The BFSI sector emerged as the largest recruiter, accounting for 24% of total offers, followed by IT & IT-enabled services at 17% and consulting at 12%. Leading banks, financial institutions, technology firms and consulting companies hired students across risk management, wealth management, analytics, product and strategy roles.
FMCG, consumer durables and pharmaceutical companies contributed 12% of offers, while investment banking roles formed 8% of total hiring. The e-commerce sector accounted for 5%, offering roles in business, product and growth functions across major digital platforms.
The next phase of rolling placements, starting January 2026, will focus on e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, logistics and Global Capability Centres.
Documents required for upcoming placement phases are expected to include updated CVs, academic records, identity proof and company-specific forms, as notified by the institute closer to the process.
