MIT-WPU announces CET 2026 Round 2 schedule with application deadlines: May 8 for UG admissions (exam May 11) and May 15 for PG admissions (exam May 18). Online CBT and Personal Interaction rounds scheduled across multiple programmes.

MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, has released the schedule for MIT-WPU CET 2026 Round 2 admissions across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The university is accepting applications for multiple UG and PG courses with distinct deadlines and examination dates.

Interested candidates can apply through the official MIT-WPU admission portal at mitwpu.edu.in/admission-notices. The entrance examination consists of 150 marks comprising an online Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks and Personal Interaction (PI) of 50 marks.

All examinations will be conducted in online mode, allowing candidates to appear from their home or any convenient location. Candidates must ensure minimum 1 MBPS internet connectivity and uninterrupted power supply during the examination.

MIT-WPU CET 2026 Round 2 offers admission across diverse undergraduate programmes, including BBA specialisations, B.Com variants, B.Tech Integrated courses, B.Des specialisations, B.Ed, and Liberal Arts.

Postgraduate programmes span M.Sc. specialisations, M.Tech, M.Com, MA courses, M.Ed, and professional programmes. The examination pattern varies by programme cluster, with some programmes requiring portfolio submissions or specialised tests.

Candidates applying for multiple programmes within the same cluster need to appear for only one examination, with the score considered for all applied programmes. However, candidates applying for programmes in different clusters must appear for separate entrance examinations.

MIT-WPU CET 2026 Exam Format

The university emphasises that programme allocation will be based on seat availability, candidate merit rank, and stated preferences. The CBT examination duration is 60 minutes for most programmes, while specialised programmes like Design and Integrated B.Tech have extended durations of 120 and 90 minutes, respectively.

Personal Interaction rounds are scheduled for 15-20 minutes per candidate as per the allotted schedule. Candidates can attempt the test using a laptop or mobile device with stable internet connectivity.

After result declaration, MIT-WPU will conduct counselling and seat allocation based on merit rank and preference. Candidates should verify their admit card details carefully before the examination date.
