Nirma University Fees 2026–27: Courses, Hostel and Scholarships

Nirma University BTech tuition is ₹2,75,000 a year for the 2026–27 intake. New All India and ACPC students pay ₹2,94,700 for the first year, including examination charges, joining fees and a refundable deposit. MBA tuition is ₹6,40,000 a year, while the first-year amount for five-year law courses is ₹4,25,700. Hostel and mess are extra. Most fees below are for 2026–27; the integrated BTech-MBA section has a separate 2027 fee.

Nirma BTech Fees 2026–27

An eligibility certificate adds ₹1,000 where required. The joining charges and deposit do not repeat every year. At an unchanged annual rate, four years of tuition would be ₹11 lakh, but this is an estimate because fees can be revised. It excludes examination charges, hostel and the one-time payments.

For NRI and NRI-sponsored BTech students, tuition is US$6,500 a year, with additional rupee charges. These students follow their category’s fee terms.

Nirma Course-Wise Tuition Fees

MTech students pay ₹1,67,000 at joining, including the first-semester fee, ₹10,000 in other charges and a ₹10,000 refundable deposit. BArch students pay ₹1,64,700 for the first semester with joining charges and a ₹7,000 deposit. An eligibility certificate can add ₹1,000 to either amount where required.

BPharm adds ₹3,500 per semester for examinations, plus enrolment, orientation, alumni and deposit payments at joining. MPharm adds ₹5,500 per semester for examinations, a ₹10,000 refundable deposit and one-time registration and alumni charges. These compulsory charges need to be included when comparing pharmacy fees.

BCom students pay ₹5,000 a year for activities and ₹7,000 for examinations. BDes adds ₹11,000 a year for examinations and ₹5,000 for student activities, apart from joining charges and a refundable deposit.

Nirma MBA Fees and Payment Instalments

For the 2026 intake, two years of MBA or MBA-HRM tuition add to ₹12,80,000. Each year’s tuition can be paid in two equal instalments of ₹3,20,000. The following payments are additional.

The MBA fee does not include hostel, mess or laundry. The ₹13,000 security deposit is refundable at the end of the programme. The 2027 MBA admission process is open, but these fee amounts apply to the 2026 batch.

Nirma Integrated BBA-MBA and BTech-MBA Fees

For students joining BBA-MBA in 2026–27, tuition during the BBA phase is ₹3,89,000 a year, with ₹7,000 annual examination fees. When students enter the MBA phase, the regular MBA fee applicable then is charged. The current MBA amount therefore does not fix the fee for the last two years of a new BBA-MBA student’s course.

For the integrated BTech-MBA in 2027, tuition is ₹2,90,000 a year during the first three years and ₹6,40,000 a year during the last two MBA years. The first-year BTech-phase payment includes ₹7,000 for examinations, ₹7,000 refundable security and ₹1,000 enrolment, giving ₹3,05,000 before the separate ₹1,200 orientation charge. An eligibility certificate adds ₹1,000 if required.

Nirma Law Fees 2026–27

The first-year fee for BA LL.B., BBA LL.B. and BCom LL.B. is ₹4,25,700. This includes ₹3,75,000 annual tuition, ₹7,000 annual examination and registration charges, and ₹7,000 refundable security.

The remaining joining charges are ₹1,200 for orientation, ₹1,000 for university enrolment, ₹1,000 for provisional eligibility, ₹5,000 for internship and placement support, ₹25,000 for student activities and ₹3,500 for alumni membership. Several of these are one-time payments, so the first-year total should not be treated as an annual bill for all five years. The law fee is for 2026–27 even though applications have opened for 2027–28.

Nirma MCA Fee Adjustment After ACPC Payment

The MCA first-semester fee is ₹97,500 for 2026–27. Students who already paid ₹20,000 through the relevant ACPC rounds have ₹77,500 left against this fee. Other joining charges and the ₹10,000 refundable deposit are separate.

Nirma Hostel and Mess Fees

Room fees differ by hostel building, occupancy and air conditioning. These 2026–27 management-hostel rates cover ten months. Hostel allotment depends on the student’s programme and room availability.

Mess charges are ₹58,800 and laundry charges are ₹6,250 for ten months. For a ₹99,000 room, these three payments add to ₹1,64,050 before any applicable hostel GST. The management institute specifies GST separately for its ₹99,000 non-AC twin-room rate.

For regular BTech, on-campus hostel accommodation is available to girls, subject to availability. Boys receive guidance on nearby PG and hostel accommodation. The MBA room options should therefore not be treated as a hostel offer for every BTech student.

Nirma PhD Fees 2026–27

The ₹20,000 viva voce charge is paid when the thesis is submitted. It is not a yearly fee. An eligibility certificate adds ₹1,000 where required. The total PhD payment depends on the mode and the number of years before thesis submission.

Nirma Scholarships and Fee Support

Nirma offers merit and merit-cum-means scholarships through its institutes. Engineering support includes full tuition waivers for students meeting the scholarship merit requirements, as well as limited department and income-based awards. These awards have separate eligibility and renewal conditions.

For the regular MBA, merit awards of ₹1 lakh a year are available to the top 23 All India students and top seven ACPC students under the management scholarship scheme. Income-based support is also available. The management scholarship provisions cover the regular MBA and do not extend to MBA-HRM under the same scheme.
