SPPU invites online applications for UG, PG, Integrated and Interdisciplinary programmes for 2026-27 academic year. Application deadline is May 15, 2026, with Online Entrance Examination scheduled from June 1-13, 2026.

Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has released the admission notification for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), Integrated and Interdisciplinary programmes for the academic year 2026-27. Eligible candidates can apply online through the university's admission portal at campus.unipune.ac.in.
The application process commenced on April 13, 2026, and will continue until May 15, 2026 (11:59 PM). Admissions will be strictly based on merit in the Online Entrance Examination (OEE).
SPPU is conducting centralized admissions across multiple departments and schools offering diverse academic programmes. The Online Entrance Examination will be held in centre-based online mode from June 1 to June 13, 2026, with a duration of two hours.
Merit lists will be prepared based on total scores in both sections, with Section B performance as the first tiebreaker and qualifying examination marks as the second tiebreaker.

SPPU Admissions 2026 Entrance Test Format
The OEE carries a total of 100 marks divided into two sections. Section A comprises 20 marks covering general knowledge, aptitude, logic, and comprehension as per the syllabus. Section B contains 80 marks with subject-specific questions relevant to each programme.
Both sections will be conducted together in a single two-hour examination window. Negative marking will apply, with one-fourth (1/4) of the allotted marks deducted for each incorrect answer.
The application fee is ₹1,000 for candidates belonging to the general category and ₹800 for candidates from reserved categories. Candidates applying for multiple programmes must pay the fee separately for each course.
Candidates in the final year of their qualifying examination are eligible to apply, provided they pass their qualifying examinations before admission. Candidates must upload essential documents during online application including mark sheets of qualifying examination, caste certificates (for reserved category candidates), non-creamy layer certificates, UDID certificates (for Divyang students), and orphan certificates where applicable.

Admit cards can be downloaded five days prior to the examination using login credentials. Inclusion in the merit list does not guarantee admission; confirmation depends on document verification and fulfilment of all eligibility criteria at the respective department.
Candidates are advised to visit the official SPPU website (unipune.ac.in) for detailed information on programmes, eligibility criteria, and examination syllabus. No separate certificate of result will be issued by the university; marks will be published on the official website.
