KMCLU Lucknow Admission 2026 Begins; Apply by May 31

Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCLU), Lucknow has officially opened admission for the 2026-27 academic session. Prospective students can register online through the official admission portal at kmcluadm.samarth.edu.in starting April 3, 2026.

The registration deadline is May 31, 2026, and candidates must complete their application before this date to be considered for admission.

The University offers a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programmes across multiple faculties including Arts and Humanities, Commerce, Social Sciences, Science, Engineering, and Professional Studies.

KMCLU received its first NAAC accreditation with B++ Grade in 2025, demonstrating compliance with national quality benchmarks. KMCLU Lucknow Admission 2026 How to Apply?

• To apply for admission, candidates must register online and create a login account with a password.
• The application form requires personal details, educational qualifications, programme selection, and uploading of scanned documents including photograph, signature, and relevant certificates.
• The application fee is non-refundable and varies by category: ₹500 for General/OBC candidates, ₹250 for SC/ST candidates, and ₹100 for diploma programmes.
• Payment must be made online through net banking, credit card, debit card, or UPI.
• Candidates must submit self-attested photocopies of required documents including high school and intermediate marksheets, transfer certificate, character certificate, and category certificates (if applicable) at the time of counselling.
• Original documents must be produced during admission formalities.
• The University reserves the right to cancel admission if any information is found to be incorrect or if documents are forged.
• Strict action will be taken against students involved in ragging, which is completely prohibited on campus.

Eligibility requirements vary by programme. For undergraduate courses, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized board with minimum 40% marks for General/OBC and 33% for SC/ST candidates.

For postgraduate programmes, candidates need a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with similar minimum marks. The University accepts applications from foreign nationals and NRI students as per UGC guidelines, provided their qualifications are recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Counselling will be conducted in multiple rounds based on merit lists and written test results. Selected candidates must complete admission formalities by depositing the prescribed fee within the stipulated time.
